Great Customer Service from Amy and Ashley, and great plumbing repair by Adrian and Jose. I had a cracked riser at the bottom of my main shut-off gate valve, resulting in an increased water bill. Adrian and Jose repaired the rise and replaced the 30-year-old gate valve with a ball valve in no time. I will recommend Revere Mechanical to all my neighbors and friends.

I have been searching for a plumber to fix a sink issue and a water damage issue for the better part of a year, and no one could figure out what the problem was for either issue until I contacted Revere Mechanical. The technician was able to identify both problems and have them fixed within 2 hours. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and the confidence they had to fix the issue. He even said ""anything can be fixed"" before he started and that immediately put me at ease, as I've had 3 different people come out before him and not have any sort of answer. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

I previously reviewed Revere Mechanical with a poor rating. Since my review, I received a call back from the owner(s), and they corrected all my complaints with what I had expected. For whatever reason, that is cause for an update from two stars to four stars.

Whether they didn't like my negative review that caused the 'fix"" or they realized their mistake, so long as I got what was expected, this company now deserves a higher rating.

The water valve for my washing machine was leaking and Josh came to save the day! Jose was very professional, detailed as well as knowledgeable.

I'm just going to say that if you need a good A/C person, then call & ask for Josh - he is the BEST! Very knowledgeable, takes the time to do the diagnostics thoroughly & correctly, & then gives you the full problem/issue & what is needed to get it fixed. Very honest & upfront with his information which is very refreshing during these times. When your house is 85 degrees & it's 100 degrees outside, you want the truth & how fast it can be fixed.p&]we really appreciaýte his skills & knowledge R: we prevere is very lucky to ehave him. Final water heater installation was satisfactory, but the process was terrible to get to that point. It took 2 days to install with various trips to Home Depot to buy parts that they did not have and that is after taking the unit apart to then discover they did not have the parts so had to put old unit back online until they could return the next day with the parts, which again they did not have on-hand and had to return to Home Depot for more parts. The crew was nice, but seemed confused as to the next steps.
