My home warranty had dispatched several months plumbing providers to diagnose a problem with my water heater and water softener. It wasn't until Revere Mechanical arrived did I receive superb customer service and an accurate diagnosis by their Service Lead Josh S. The prior plumbing vendors failed to diagnose the problem but also tried to charge me for a water softener that was a year old and still under manufacturer warranty and was installed by them one year prior (Precision Plumbing). Josh from Revere Mechanical is professional, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to find the source of the problem without any unnecessary costs. I will use Revere Mechanical/Plumbing moving forward and will share my experience with friends and family. Josh is A+++

Joshua evaluated my leaking jetted tub and was able to locate the source of the leak the previous plumber couldn't. He went the extra mile to figure out the model and make of the tub (didn't have a manual) and made multiple calls to locate the right part. He returned today to complete the repair. Joshua is polite, courteous, friendly and detail oriented. Great experience overall with Revere Mechanical and Joshua.

Great Customer Service from Amy and Ashley, and great plumbing repair by Adrian and Jose. I had a cracked riser at the bottom of my main shut-off gate valve, resulting in an increased water bill. Adrian and Jose repaired the rise and replaced the 30-year-old gate valve with a ball valve in no time. I will recommend Revere Mechanical to all my neighbors and friends.

I have been searching for a plumber to fix a sink issue and a water damage issue for the better part of a year, and no one could figure out what the problem was for either issue until I contacted Revere Mechanical. The technician was able to identify both problems and have them fixed within 2 hours. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and the confidence they had to fix the issue. He even said ""anything can be fixed"" before he started and that immediately put me at ease, as I've had 3 different people come out before him and not have any sort of answer. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

I previously reviewed Revere Mechanical with a poor rating. Since my review, I received a call back from the owner(s), and they corrected all my complaints with what I had expected. For whatever reason, that is cause for an update from two stars to four stars.

Whether they didn't like my negative review that caused the 'fix"" or they realized their mistake, so long as I got what was expected, this company now deserves a higher rating.

The water valve for my washing machine was leaking and Josh came to save the day! Jose was very professional, detailed as well as knowledgeable.
It's a pleasant experience when the person knows their job and gets thing done in a timely manner.
