Walked into my basement to find a large puddle of water and soggy, wet rugs. Called around and found Revenge Plumbing. I assumed my water heater was leaking but it was only 7 years old. Revenge sent a crew over that day who found the leak and had to replace the unit. Got a hot water heater and had it installed all in the same day. They were great!

I had a small leak on my dishwasher line and discomfort with kitchen under-sink valves that I considered temporary despite a previous plumber leaving them permanently.

I'm a distance from Revenge's office so I told the dispatcher that it wasn't an emergency and they could help me the next time they're in the area. They were here the next day! I saw this in other reviews but scoffed. Boy was my negativity off the mark. Amazing. Why amazing? A year ago I called every local plumber for another small project. First, each said that as a new customer, I was a low priority and they would schedule me 2 or 3 weeks out. Give me a break. I hired a plumber from Glens Falls area who was here in a few days.

I gladly paid travel costs because of the prompt service. In the end I thought the total bill might be high but I'm really not up to date on plumbing charges.

Still, they responded quickly, they didn't complain about being a new customer, and they did good work. I'll call them again if I need help again.

I reached out for a bunch of plumbing issues on a Saturday, and they had a crew here by Tuesday! Thanks to the first crew Will & Kevin for being straight up and breaking costs down on site. They had a second crew come in to take care of the boiler work I needed. I even added on extra work than initially planned but they were still able to easily get it all done in one day and come in on budget.
Will be calling them again next time I put off plumbing projects for 2 years!

I had a broken pipe and a worn out kitchen faucet. Dave came out and fixed the pipe and also changed my house water filter. He explained I could order a faucet myself and it would save me some money. He even went online and showed me specific faucets that would work with my sink. He returned later in the month to complete installation. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn't even mind my cat supervising him. Highly recommend.

Both pipes from double sink became detached and water leaked all over. My house was a flip and whomever installed the plumbing under the sink really did a cob job. Horrible. I called first thing in the morning and Matt was there very quickly. Matt was as friendly as they come. He explained my options and went to work immediately. He fixed all the previous owners screw ups and then some. Was very satisfied with the prompt and courteous service. Would definitely recommend Revenge Plumbing.

We had a leak coming from the pipes connecting our water heater to our furnace and our basement flooded. We had no hot water. It was a holiday and in the middle of a snowstorm. They not only answered the phone and were kind they sent someone out that day. Mel arrived and he was very professional and found the problem very quickly. He got our hot water back on and came back the next day on time to fix the pipe that was leaking. 10/10 would recommend this company.
