We totally lucked out calling Retro Flow this Friday afternoon! My husband came home to our water heater that was flooding and overflowing and I was able to call and get ahold of Ritchie who was over at our place within 20 minutes to save the day/weekend! Even before he came over he gave us tips on how to drain/turn off the right valves. He was super helpful, clearly knew what was up, and easy to talk to. Points for being super nice to our dopey dog Willow. All in all, I'm so happy I saved their contact and will most likely be a returning customer since we live in A-Leaky-Viejo.

I called RetroFlow yesterday to have them remove a Sonic the Hedgehog toy from my guest toilet. My son actually insisted on correcting me and saying it was a Knuckles, not a Sonic, but the issue was the same. Ritchie reached out to me right away, quoted me a reasonable price and arranged to come later the same day. Ritchie was friendly, professional, and fast. Within a short time he had removed the toilet, fished out the toy, replaced the wax ring, and put everything back together perfectly. I wasn't even sure he had needed to remove the toilet until I saw the pictures he sent. We love spending out money locally and I am so glad we have found a plumber we can count on for future work. Highly recommended!

What can I say, other than I've found my go to plumber. I'm pretty handy and was considering replacing the wax ring on my toilet on my own...really glad I didn't. Sent in a request for quotes in Yelp and Richie was the first to answer with a very reasonable quote for the job. The simple wax ring replacement job ended up being more complicated as roots had grown in between the concrete slab and flange into the flooring. We ended up replacing the flange and removing some damaged flooring and our vanity to replace the damaged flooring. Richie was great explaining the situation and even set us up with one of his friends to finish the flooring, vanity and toilet replacements. Thanks Richie for making a difficult job easy.

I was in a panic after hours yesterday when I found standing water sitting in my brand new kitchen sink.
The kitchen was just remodeled so I knew there was nothing we had done to stop it up. But I needed the condo to be ready for guests the very next day.
Ritchie was kind enough to be there this morning at 7 am. He successfully snaked 100 feet of drain pipe And then tested the water flow for at least 10 minutes afterwards. Clean and fast. He was done at 8 am! Great quality and super customer service!

Ritchie from RetroFlow Plumbing did an outstanding job on our plumbing issue. Specifically a pipe had bursted between the main and our house-wide water filtration system. Ritchie came in and beautifully reconnected the system, replacing PVC with copper pipe. He went the extra mile to ensure it all once again worked properly even better and stronger than before. Above all we found the experience to be pleasant since Ritchie was highly competent, passionate of his trade and engaging positive attitude. Highly recommend!

I need a plumber badly on a Sunday and didn't know who to reach out to. Found these guys on Yelp. I had a burst pipe in my ceiling and it was covering my garage with water had no idea what to do. These guys are 24 hours 7 days a week and they were at my house literally less than an hour.. found the area on the pipe that was broken. Repaired it and also knew a team to help replace the Drywall. I was so impressed and they were priced reasonably. I've had plumbing work done in the past and these guys were way more reasonably priced I highly recommend them for anybody who needs emergency plumbing repairs or anything in general. I have them coming back to work on my kitchen and to replace my hot water heater this week. Couldn't recommend them more if you need a plumberthese guys rock!!
