Coy came to my house to give me an estimate on some plumbing work I needed to have fixed The following day Jorden came over and took care of all of the work that needed to be done. He was very neat and clean!

Please make sure you read enough ratings on this company before you make a decision. Look down below, where the real customers are. Our Home Warranty program (American Home Shield) sent Resurrection to our house to replace a garbage disposal. We have coverage for both the disposal and plumbing. $100 deductible.

When Resurrection arrived, I was at work and my wife was at home. The Resurrection technician refused to replace the garbage disposal unless we also paid $210 additional for ""piping alterations"", which were comprised of about 5 simple plastic screw-on fittings that anyone could grab at Home Depot and install in 10 minutes. Any reputable company would have included the fittings, or charged a nominal fee.

I balked and asked the technician to simply leave the new disposal and I would install it. The technician said that this was not allowed by American Home Shield, but he would do it, if we paid him some money on the side. This was not acceptable to me.

We unfortunately ended up paying the $100 deductible, plus the $210 extortion. $310 for a $99 disposal. The technician was here for 20 minutes total.

We should have sent the technician home. I could have done this job during commercials tonight for $120. I could have paid someone else full retail for the job and come in under $200.

If you like being taken advantage of, especially if you do not understand plumbing and prices, this is the company for you!

I was dreading having to call a plumber, as I've had previous bad experiences. Had a great experience with Coy and Brian. Water heater had a leak and needed to be replaced. I called Coy, and he was very friendly and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed over the phone and sent Brian the next day to solve our problem. Brian was punctual, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for us!
The whole experience was easy and worry-free, and I'm very grateful. Thank you!

Brian was dispatched to my house for some plumbing issues today. I have worked with other plumbers in the past but Brian was incredible. First, he was on time. He looked and was very professional. He worked diligently to fix one issue instead of quiting saying he would have to come back. He was polite,caring,funny and most of all understanding. Of course not to go without saying Brian fixed all my problems quickly and efficiently. Brian was a joy to work with. He is a valued employee with Ressurection and they are lucky to have him.
If I could give him a 10 star rating I would because Brian deserves it. Thanks too to Crystal for getting him scheduled to see me since I know they are busy but she did a great job too. What a great company 5 stars to Resurrection Plumbing too! Thanks again Jim M.

We just moved to Escondido and are fixing up a former rental house. We chose Resurrection Plumbing base on Google reviews. Coy, the owner, took our call and had a technician there the same day. Jordan came over late in the day and stayed way late to make sure the job was completed and done right. A previous so-called plumber had installed a valve upside down; damaging the valve. We now know who to call for plumbing when there's a need.

I have used Resurrection Plumbing for a number of years now via my homeowners warranty, and every time they have come out (Coy and Jesse), to fix a water heater, clear a stoppage, etc., they have been fantastic!! The guest bathroom faucet had been broken for a few months now (not covered under warranty) and the issue was getting worse, so I finally decided to get it fixed. I called a few companies today that I have used in the past, but either the price wasn't what I wanted or they couldn't come out until next week. Crystal answered for Resurrection Plumbing and gave me a quote, I thanked her and let her know I would call back if I decided to go with them. As I was calling the next company on my list, Crystal called me back (*69) and said they could do the job today and also give me a discounted rate. Even though the price was higher than the other companies, I said yes, because they could come out today (in fact, Jordan came in about an hr). I received texts that the tech was on his way and then a call from Jordan that he was 30 min. away. Jordan assessed the situation, and unfortunately showed me there were other issues that needed attention (rusted supply lines), probably due to the length of time I waited to fix the faucet, but gave me a reasonable price and fixed everything. The faucet in the main bathroom also broke several months ago, however I had replaced it using another plumber (on the side) at a great price. I had Jordan take a look to make sure the same thing wasn't happening to the supply lines, but they were. He also showed me that the faucet wasn't installed properly and that the (hard) water will eventually seep in and cause more damage over time. With that said, Jordan is coming back out next week to resolve the situation. It is sometimes worth it to pay a little extra to get the job done right! Thank you Jordan and Resurrection Plumbing!!
