Seth and Ernie are a great team. They came out same day to assist in cleaning out our main drain. They used their line locator to help me discover the path for my drains, showed me where everything was and most importantly used their skills to clear out our pipe and get our sewage flowing again! Will use again for sure.

Another scamming company. So dishonest. The owner left me without hot water for weeks & had no intention of ever repairing my issue or contacting me back. He straight out lied to me about several things. Probably because I was a home warranty customer. He treated me just like the other people on here are reviewing that have home warranties-trying to up charge etc. .He was all talk & no action. Couldn't have been more displeased with a company.

Our we reported our plumbing stoppage to our home warranty company earlier today, and they let us know Resurrection Plumbing had been assigned. Within just a few hours of placing the claim online, they called to see if we had time for them to come service our needs TODAY... and they were there in 30 minutes!! That was impressive from the get-go, but they continued to impress once they got here. Coy and Ernie were efficient, personable, professional, and skilled. They resolved our issue in a very timely manner, and gave us guidance on how to prevent it in the future. We would definitely want them to service any future needs. (But, of course, hoping we don't have any. Lol.)

I am a member of American Home Shield. It's a home owner warranty service. My toilet was leaking so AHS sent out Resurectuon Dumbing. The guy said it was a leak and he'd have to get parts. I said I needed it fixed ASAP and he said AHS needs my diagnosis. I said DO NOT STOP THIS SERVICE CALL but I'd call AHS. The moron then said I did not want my toilet fixed. Resurrection Dumbing won't respond cause this is the truth. They never answer their phone and are clearly boys in a mans field. There are too many GOOD plumbing companies to use these non caring morons. As you can tell I am pissed but christothor@gmail if you have questions. I'm not afraid of the truth. Resurrection......not so much

We were so happy with the work that was done. Seth and Ernie not only did great work, but they were so organized and left everything neat and clean. Seth continued to help as we needed other work done. I will not use anyone else.

I didn't have a full appreciation for nature until our plumber discovered roots going inside our pipes in our yard. I knew roots were powerful, but I had never heard of them making their way into piping.

We first suspected something weird was going on with our plumbing when the water pressure on our hose was super weak. No matter what we tried we couldn't fix it. We ignored the problem for a few months but if started to get more annoying, and we also started to experience more strange things happening with our plumbing. Resurrection Plumbing was able to quickly diagnose the ""root"" issue (get it?? Lol) of our plumbing problem within 30 minutes of showing up. Coy, the owner, put a call into his two best plumbers and they got to work right away.

I couldn't believe the roots that he discovered in our pipes! It was crazy! He said I probably should have called them right when we noticed funky stuff going on with our plumbing, but how was I supposed to know it was roots?! You live and you learn I guess!

They were assigned my service call with American Home shield and after being notified I started reading bad Yelp reviews about all the home warranty claims including a bunch of costs that were supposedly not covered by American Home shield and homeowners complaining about 200-300 $400 bills on top of their service fee.

I am sure there is going to be a hostile response to this post just like all the other ones and he has done nothing wrong....we are all wrong and stupid. there was a consistent theme across the reviews. I ended up contacting the American Home shield corporate office and ask them why they didn't pay installation and labor and they informed me that they actually do but here is the problem. Coy, the owner comes out and decides that he wants it to look just the way he does perfect he started pointing out that there weren't enough screws in the ducting, a valve that needed to be replaced and that the strapping wasn't attached to the same wall. I just had a VA loan inspection done 10 months ago and it passed no problems.
Some of these things are not code issues but he said he wants his work to be perfect and 100% so if you just want a new water heater installed forget about it. I told him that we could take care of some of that ourselves and get the new copper lines in the valves and we can strap it and he said he won't let customers touch his jobs or do any part of it- he either does all of it and gets paid for it or doesn't do it at all. He ran some bath water took a couple pictures and did not attempt to repair the water heater. It is 10 years old and is taking a long time to heat and the water goes off and on he said he can't duplicate the problem with the shower head only the tub.The water ran clear, there is no corrosion. He was so upset that I had contacted American Home shield who had reached out to them about these disputes that he went back and said there was nothing wrong with my water heater and they were charging me $100 for him to come out and pretty much and do nothing. He acknowledged there could be some things that were wrong with the water heater like a magnet and the temperature control valve that corrodes and tells the unit the water is heated already, but he didn't even look at any of that he figured they would pay for a new water heater but again was so upset that I went to the corporate office and jeopardize his relationship with American Home shield that he screwed me and I went through all this and still have a water heater that is going out. He had a huge chip on his shoulder he talked down to me, I was very abrasive. he lectured me how we aren't going to be able to take the old water heater unless we have a certain plumbing certification and how parts from Home Depot or crappy and he would use those he got parts from his own special place. Typical dealing with a home warranty and contractor crap. He answered calls and was watching his cell phone the entire time while he was lecturing me.

Coy and his team were excellent!! Coy came in an inspected my clogged toilet and unfortunately was not avle to unclog it with a simple snake; he had to vaccuum the toilet out. Apparently my toilet was also old and had multiple problems as it was dated from 1997. Coy gave me a great quote for a new toilet and installation as well as the vaccuming out. He also took care of disposing of the old toilet! Not only did Coy and his team take care of this nuance, but just made my life easier. In and out in 2 hrs at the most. Great service. I have yet to change my other two old toilets which I am doing through Coy and his team.
Pd: i also verified prices for toilets online and costco and others and Coy's price was about the same or cheaper considering the install and disposal!
