I had trouble with backed up water, called this company and the dispatcher was sweet and scheduled me right away, she also worked with my schedule. Anyhow, workers came in on time gave me a quote and I asked if they can get started at that moment and they did. Service was quick and smooth. I also wanted to add how friendlly and good spirited the workers were . I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends . I hope that anyone who is looking for a plumber finds my review helpful.

After a week of rain found bubbles inside the walls in the front of my house. Found Restore Tactics thru HomeAdvisor. Kristian and his crew came the next day and assessed the situation and quickly got ""the ball rolling"". After addressing the water damage inside James and our Insurance Adjuster are working together to address the many problems that the rain caused. I am very pleased with their work to date and would recommend them to anyone needing quick, professional restoration.

I was referred to them by a friend's friend.
We had a water leak under the slab. I called them and spoke to James.
They showed up and finally found the leak. The tiles ahd to be removed and dig the slab. They replaced the section of the pipe and left after putting a few dehumidifiers.
I had to call them again because the pipe leaked. They came out and fixed it.
They had to remove almost all the tiles from the room and the adjacent entry way.
Then they poured concrete. The finishing was pathetic. It was very uneven with debris still there.
I called James and he promised that he will send his people soon. Never did. After that he stopped picking my phone calls. I left him many messages. Must have called him around 20 times. I called his office also many times. Finally the lady at the office said that James is an independent contractor and he don't work for Restore Tactics. That was not true because I found out that he is part owner of the company.
Per my insurance company they charged them arm and a leg.
Caution: Get everything in writing. Or you may face the same problem that we did.

Had some drains backing up but these guys took care of it, I was freaking out with thanksgiving coming up and all. But my plumber showed up on time and gave me a great first time customer deal. My experience was all around delightful.

Truth be told that you served us rapidly and you promisd us a comprehensive job...you did what you knew insurance would pay...

No one wants to deliberately write this type of review but you left us hanging. You didnt get back to us timely as you did when you first got our call. It was obvious your workmen knew to only deal with the insurance claim. You procrastinated and delayed us in an unprofessional matter for the MAIN issue at hand which you knew insurance didn't cover. It's wrong and sad that I had to go out and hire another company to finish the job where you secured the jackpot of reimbursement.

For those reading this review - know that they can write back a proficient review but know that we had high tolerance. They finished the job and knew about the insurance payment before we even received. Once we received it, there was pressure to come over ASAP to get paid but the promises to fix the remainder of the job was shunned. Please don't allow for the comments above to sway you that this group is equipped to do anything more than rip you off...or your insurance company.
