First off let me say this company has installed my sump pump and Fixed leaky pipes and educated me about my plumbing issues. It wasn't until I started a bathroom remodel that I had issues with this company. After Going back and forth with Dan exchanging emails and phone calls. We came together and agreed on a price and date to schedule my bathroom remodel. It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard back from this company. After the first week i called left a message and was told I'd get a call back but never did. My suggestion to potential remodel clients, look elsewhere.

Luis did a great job installing the new sump pump.

The pump that was in there, installed by another company, failed after 3 months. It turned out the pump was inappropriate for a sump well. The other company did not want to stand by their work.

Restore installed the a new sump pump free of charge even though it was a Friday evening. They also handled getting the credit since the original pump was still on warranty instead of making it my problem.

These guys understand good customer service. If you need a plumber, give them a call. They will take good care of you.

It is very difficult to find tradesmen today and even more difficult to find quality tradesmen. I was fortunate enough to find the latter with Restore. They tackled a small but involved renovation project, making sure I was never without a working toilet. Their work was quality. I had a problem crop up through no fault of theirs and they made good on it.
I would have no reservation recommending Restore and particularly Jake W.

I had a main pipe break causing back-up and flooding. Dan R. was great and was able to diagnose the issue, and fix it within a couple days. In addition to digging out and replacing pipe with an excavator, he also added new access points to help for any future pipe issues. Definitely a good experience.

This is the 2nd time I've used restore plumbing and I couldn't be happier with this company And would use them again if necessary, this time I needed a new sump pump but Tom the plumber discovered some silt in the well and cleaned it all out and replaced the pump with a brand new one great job Tom thank you

Dan just left my house after converting a bathtub to a shower stall. He was very professional & friendly. Didn't know much about this & asked questions which he answered were I understood. At the end, my bathroom looks like nothing was done, cleaned up after himself which was greatly appreciated. I recommend highly.

I called Tom at 3:00 in the afternoon about a clogged drain he had a service tech at my house in a hour. Denver the service tech was very knowledgeable and professional he fixed the problem at a very reasonable price . This will be the only plumber I call

These guys are amazing! They came out the day after I called them (I called them at 6:30pm). Dan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After another company tried to scam me out of $3400 for a toilet install (!!!!), a friend referred me to Restore Plumbing. While this wasn't an entirely straightforward install, due to old plumbing and an uneven concrete floor, this wasn't the disaster the other company was trying to sell me on. Dan was able to do this at a TENTH of the cost the other company was trying to sell me on, and was even able to get the install done the same day (at the same visit)!

I will be recommending these guys to everyone who asks!
