We have utilized Restano's Heating and Cooling service for several years, including new boiler and two new AC units. This year, in 2024, we called because we thought our one AC unit needed serviced/maintenance (to be cleaned out) and they sent someone to tell us that it needed to be cleaned (well yes) but they did not have the proper tools with them to do so. That cost us $119.00. They told us that someone would call us to schedule another appt to clean it, which would be an additional $117.00. The original ""service fee"" that lasted less than 8 minutes was no longer going to be counted towards any service they recommended later. No one called. I called after 3 weeks, they were not ""aware"" and said they could send someone, but again, an additional $117.00. I will no longer utilize Restano for my HVAC services. It is ridiculous to pay over $236 to clean an AC unit.

I have a new furnace/air conditioner as of today, all successfully installed by Paul and Jeremy.
They were on time, polite, and professional and are employees of Restano, not sub-contractors, which is of huge importance to me.
The end price matched my on site estimate from an earlier visit by Perry and total elapsed time was under 6 hours.
They showed me how to work the new wifi programmable thermostat, showed me changes to the furnace setup, how to change the filter, where new holes were drilled to the outside and new water drainage.
They will come back in the Spring to check the air conditioner installed to ensure it is set up properly.
And, they cleaned up everything afterwards.

Restano Heating and Cooling came to fix my central air conditioning is this week. They were here on time and had it fixed in no time. Their prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a new furnace and central air installed recently by Restano and they came in substantially less on the price then several other companies for Carrier units. The install was done in one day and they left the place clean. There were a few minor problems, omitting a basement duct and a pinched wire but they came out and corrected them promptly. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

A friend recommended RESTANO when I needed new A/C a few years ago. They exceeded my expectations. I had the work done in the winter and they called me even before I had a chance to call them to remind them to come in the spring to set the charge. Since then I've had two equipment failures (not due to their work...just stuff gone bad) and both times they came immediately. Today SCOTT (the repairman assigned to me) just left at 8PM on the Fri before Memorial Day weekend. He was here earlier and came back with the part so we'd have A/C for the holiday weekend. These guys are really great. And let it be known that I only met Mr. Restano once (when he bit the A/C price) and have no affiliation or interest other than wanting to share my ""you don't find service this good every day"" experience.
