Honest first class service. As a woman who is often home alone when technicians visit, this is the only company that I will use. The staff are friendly and the company sends a text before their arrival. The company is very fair with pricing and saved my family thousands of dollars after a competitor tried telling me that I needed a whole new HVAC unit when my broken unit was under a 10 year manufacturer's warranty. I'm a new home owner and my AC stopped working suddenly today. I called the on call number and Joel called me back. The initially couldn't get me in until Tuesday, but a spot opened up and Joel called me back saying they were able to fit me in. He came out to my home at 9pm on a Sunday night. Saw, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in under 45 minutes. Price was also decent! Joel was extremely respectful and helpful, explaining things I should know and do as a new home owner. Highly recommend this company and I will be calling them again for any heating and AC issues. Thanks to Joel for his quick and efficient service!

Dave was/ is the best! We called for service and they were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed a bad HVAC system that was backed up by 2 other servicemen. We got estimates to replace our system from 3 companies, RM included. Dave came in the lowest by almost half the cost of the other guys, but even still we would have gone with them. They just finished our install and went above and beyond what we expected. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

I've worked with Dave Ressler and team a few times (2 whole home HVAC installations, one in a new construction house; and once for a replacement water heater). I have nothing but great things to say about them. They are an honest, family run business, who prides themselves on fair pricing, and quality work. Of all three installations they have done, I found their prices to competitive and have not had even 1 issue with any of the equipment after a few years of use. They send knowledgeable and friendly employees, and they all do a clean installation, ensuring they don't make a mess of your house, basement, or floors. They carry Carrier brand HVAC equipment and Bradford White water heaters.

Overall would highly recommend them for all plumbing and HVAC work, over the multitude of companies available!
