Robert is a superb professional and we will be contacting him for our drain needs in the future! He is an honest and accommodating plumber who most importantly responds lightning fast and shows up on time or earlier as promised! His price is fair and he educated us on everything he did and inspected other things around the house as well.

We had an in-wall drain leak from the upstairs toilet and Robert suggested we try the easiest fix first before ripping out walls with resetting the toilet. Lo and behold, there was some strange shoddy work putting the toilet and wax ring in place. This stopped the leaking through the afternoon, but later that night we notice some water leaking again. We texted Robert who cleared his schedule (!) the next day to accommodate our schedule and he showed up to find an almost sheared branch connection after a couple hours inspecting and cutting through our fireblock wall in cramped spacing without a complaint.

Again, Robert made time for us the very next day and even gave us a credit for the toilet fix the day prior. Furthermore, initially we had observed leaking coming from the tub as well, but after fixing the branch connection, he was honest and let us know that it no longer appeared to leak and he cancelled the waste & overflow tub drain work amount on our contract without hesitation instead of proceeding to take our money, but promised to keep the original pricing if we did observe it again in the future!

We are very happy with Robert, and will recommend him to our friends if they have drain problems as well!

Just had Robert out to the house for a couple of small jobs, installing new faucet in kitchen sink and replacing wax ring in one of our toilets. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Its obvious he knows his business. He's super responsive. From the time I initially called him to the time he was done with both jobs was under 3 hours. He left both work areas in better condition than he found them. And all at a very reasonable price. I've definitely found my plumber for the future.

I found resolved Plumbing & drain from yelp, Robert is pretty professional about dealing with me, I don't know much about plumbing, by the way he replaced my tub spout, it was so old it broke, and he has all the proper tools to deal w/pretty much all the plumbing needs.


Going back to Robert resolved plumbing,He will educate you also about plumbing at the same time which is so helpful as a new homeowner, his price was reasonable I contacted 4 to 5 plumbers around and his was the cheapest.

After receiving several quotes for a gas shut off valve fix for the stove I needed to get done, I spoke with Robert and he was very knowledgeable about the topic and has done hundreds of these fixes and wasn't try to upsell me.

When Robert came, he was very nice and very educational during the visit. He took the time to educate me on what he was doing along the way and shared some best practices when trying to install and uninstall the gas shut off valves and water heater. He was a pleasure to talk to and the job was done clean, quick and efficiently. At the end he cleaned up the tile walls and the floor to make everything look nicely.
