Just had Robert out to the house for a couple of small jobs, installing new faucet in kitchen sink and replacing wax ring in one of our toilets. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Its obvious he knows his business. He's super responsive. From the time I initially called him to the time he was done with both jobs was under 3 hours. He left both work areas in better condition than he found them. And all at a very reasonable price. I've definitely found my plumber for the future.

I found resolved Plumbing & drain from yelp, Robert is pretty professional about dealing with me, I don't know much about plumbing, by the way he replaced my tub spout, it was so old it broke, and he has all the proper tools to deal w/pretty much all the plumbing needs.


Going back to Robert resolved plumbing,He will educate you also about plumbing at the same time which is so helpful as a new homeowner, his price was reasonable I contacted 4 to 5 plumbers around and his was the cheapest.

I had Robert fix a couple of leaky faucets, adjust the water pressure and install a new water conditioner/softener system which he completed in just a matter of two days. Finding an honest plumber is extremely valuable these days! Resolve Plumbing is not going to quote you over the phone and jack up the price like most of them do. Robert has always come to our house(s), assessed the problem and contacted us quickly with our options. He does a great job of explaining everything throughly so you're not wondering what he's doing the whole time. Robert also checks in with us a few days after the work is complete to make sure everything is working properly and we are happy. Who does that?

After receiving several quotes for a gas shut off valve fix for the stove I needed to get done, I spoke with Robert and he was very knowledgeable about the topic and has done hundreds of these fixes and wasn't try to upsell me.

When Robert came, he was very nice and very educational during the visit. He took the time to educate me on what he was doing along the way and shared some best practices when trying to install and uninstall the gas shut off valves and water heater. He was a pleasure to talk to and the job was done clean, quick and efficiently. At the end he cleaned up the tile walls and the floor to make everything look nicely.

Amazing service with Robert, 5 stars all the way :) First off very professional and courteous, and he never tried to sell me on the job, more so than anything he would educate me on what is wrong with the line.

Awhile back we had issues with our sewer main line to the due to roots or something in the line from what other plumbers told us, but they were never specific and told us it would cost a small fortune to fix without showing us whats really wrong with our pipes. and if they did show us it would still cost just to see!!!!!

Fast forward until our next backup... So we decided to give a local company a shot at what they would do and boy do I wish I called Robert @ Resolved the first time! He was on time, showed up looking good and actually cared about fixing our problem rather than just looking for the sale. he gave us the options and since I'd been through the ringer already we ended up doing the liner on the sewer main with a new clean out he recommended since he showed us all the problem spots and we haven't had to call him back in a long time. Love you Robert but its been awesome not having a problem with our drain lines, especially around the recent holidays with the fam :)

almost forgot, the liner and clean out piping he said it was called was all done in one day so my fam was able to shower the same night after it was done :) thanks again and I'll be sure to use you in the future!
