Spoke with Ray- absolutely kind and patient.
Incredibly helpful came for quick same day pop in- we needed the dreaded back flow test done from city- we thought we didn't have device installed he popped in saw we did-gave a quick referral for certified back flow tester- was completely nice about coming in and seeing we had one! I felt so bad taking their time. will definitely be using them in the future- a good plumbing co is so incredibly hard to find! We had a horror show with the guy that did our work.
You will be hearing from us at uptown paw for yearly hydro jetting and full drain rooter. And if we have any issues we are asking you we found our go to plumbing services.
Thank you!

Travis and his company are professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They repiped our home and did a great job. Their customer service is incredible and we would highly recommend them! Mark and Pam Kenny

I woke up to my Son saying that there is NO HOT WATER. I went online looked for a local plumber hoping that by being local they could get here ASAP! I found Resolved and spoke to a man named Zach. He quickly got the details of the situation at hand and sent out his technician Elijah. That bad part was I had to replace my Tankless water heater because it was leaking and on its last leg. Hence the reason for having NO HOT WATER. I wasn't in a position financially to pay for a new Tankless Water Heater so Elijah got me approved for financing within minutes to where I pay a little bit monthly Instead of having to pay all upfront. This company really does take pride in HELPING. I wish there was option to leave a 10 star review.

I usually do not leave Yelp reviews, but I had to for this one. Travis which is the owner along with his 2 brothers Cody and wade Did work on my restaurant and boy was I pleased. They are super professional From beginning to end. Me being part of our family owned restaurant. It's wonderful feeling to support other family owned businesses. They take pride in what they do and are truly there to help their customer. Thank you guys so much!

Needed my annual main sewer line maintenance clean-out done but my previous plumber is now retired. Therefore, I had to find a new one. I searched here (Yelp) and decided to go with Resolved. Spoke to Zachary and he was very polite and personable to talk to. Shilo came out to do the clean-out and was just as pleasant and professional as Zachary. Job was quickly done and the price was right!
I think I found my new plumber!
Thank you guys!

From the start, working with Resolved has been a breeze. Like anyone else, when dealing with home repairs stress quickly creeps in. Upon calling I was greeted by Zach the GM, who was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I knew right away if I wanted the job done right with the least amount of stress possible, I had found the right company. Zach was very clear on what I should expect and the pricing; so I knew what I was getting into from the get-go--no surprises. Cody, my tech, was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and efficient. He fixed the clogging in my bathrooms. Will definitely be working with Resolved again.

This review is for Resolved Home Plumbing and their GM, Zach, and not for the plumber, Shilo, who came to our house. Shilo was respectful and very pleasant to work with. TLDR: Resolved Plumbing's GM Zach gave us competitive/reasonable pricing over the phone, and then once we had their plumber (Shilo) on site and were stuck with their $79 service fee, he suddenly quoted us a much higher price. Zach was unpleasant to work with and not interested in good customer service. The final quoted price from Resolved Home Plumbing was much higher than the plumber we eventually went with ($399 vs $150).
We just moved to the area and needed to find a plumbing company to do a number of jobs. We reached out to a few companies to get pricing on snaking out two drains and adding a shut off valve to an outdoor gas stub-out. Zach called us immediately with a quote for snaking the drains and said the price for the gas line would range from $120-$230 depending on the details of the job. My wife asked him to follow up with an email including those prices. Zach did but in his email he left out the price range for the gas stub-out and instead said they ""would need to get eyes on it"". Their initial pricing was in the same range as other plumbers and we decided to have Resolved come out. Shilo arrived on time and patiently walked around looking at the various jobs we wanted done, with the gas stub out to be addressed that day and the others when they could come back with parts and more time. Shilo wasn't allowed to give us any pricing himself, he had to call Zach to quote each potential job. We waited a little for Zach to come back with the quotes and I was disappointed to see that the price for the gas stub-out was now $399. When I asked why the price was so different from the range my wife was given on the phone Zach said we had talked to the owner, not him, and that the quote was for combining the gas line job with all the other jobs we had asked about that day. That was confusing given that we hadn't asked about all the other jobs when we messaged them for the initial quote. After we got off the phone with Zach I told Shilo I couldn't justify paying that much for a simple job and would go with another plumber. Shilo called Zach back, I'm assuming to give him a chance not to lose a new customer and honor the high end of their original price range, and Zach got very prickly and said the price is the price. Shilo asked if he should charge us the service fee, I assume because the price difference was obviously not our fault, and Zach said yes. I can't imagine the price difference was worth losing a new customer or the service fee was worth a negative review but Zach had several chances to make it right and he chose to upset a potential customer. My rating is based on:
1) The fact that the price went up a lot once we were stuck with the service fee. Furthermore, this was not for a justifiable reason, in my opinion. It was an easy job on a standard diameter pipe.
2) Zach's excuse for the price difference revealed his seeming flexibility with the truth.
3) Generally poor attitude and customer service from Zach.
4) They tried to sell us on a preferred customer membership program for $489 per year (it was added to the quote without me asking for it). Ironically, even with the $100 discount we would have gotten, the price was still above the original price range they had given us.
5) The fact that their prices are so much higher than their competitors. The happy ending to this story is another plumber came and did the job for $150 and the work took less than half an hour. Parts were ~$50.
Update: Zach called me after I posted this review to apologize and offered to refund the service fee. I appreciate getting the money back under the circumstances but I do wish the appointment had gone down differently.

Our water heater has been acting up and stopped outputting hot water all together. We had a few other plumbers come by and they all quickly said it needed to be replaced, collected their service fees, and left. Not Cody - he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, did an entire diagnostic of the system, and fixed the issue, saving us thousands! He was very polite and straightforward, explained the issue in terms I could understand, and gave me several options. I will be calling Resolved the next time I have any sort of plumbing issue!

Good: courteous and on-time
Bad: Tried to up-sell everything, wasted my time, nothing got done
Issues: 1. Kitchen RO system (Premier's) drinking faucet no water pressure, 2. bathroom sink water faucet handle too tight, and not draining well.
Technician Shilo showed up to my house without any tools, checked out the problem issues, took photos (which I had sent the company days before) and texted to his manager Zack. Told me have to wait for manager to search for parts and see what the next steps would be. For drain blockage, he asked me for a paperclip so he can use it to try to pull the hairs out! Twisted the sink stopper a few times, tried the paperclip technique and nothing was cleaned out (of course!). Then he asked me to show him if there was any other water filtration system in the house; and I showed him the softener system. After 20 mins, the manager responded that they couldn't find the parts to repair my RO system or the faucet handle. Therefore have to buy new system and parts. (afterwards, I found the Premier's RO system on Amazon for under $250). He then proceeded to present me with the estimate of these new systems and parts, PLUS another new water softening system to replace my existing one (which I never asked to be fixed), PLUS their ""Oliver Club"" membership. The total came close to $5000 for this Platinum plan! They have several cheaper plans with the cheapest one only dealing with my issues still at $2500!
This maybe a big company who does great with big project. But they are NOT your everyday plumbing service. Definitely tries to sell you whatever systems or parts they have instead of even trying to repair things for you.
I paid $69 ""consultation fee"" basically for someone to come into my house to take pics and sell me their stuff, nothing was done! What a waste of my 45mins.

I am writing this review for my parents who used Resolve Home Service. Cody came out to assess a water leak at my parents' townhouse. Cody showed up very quickly. He was very professional and friendly. He replaced a toilet for them. His workmanship was outstanding and he was very neat and left the area clean. I highly recommend Cody for your plumbing needs. My parents are very happy with the service.
