My water heater didn't stay lit, thus no hot water. Travis from Resolved HS responded very quickly and was very knowledgeable. He was able to repair swiftly and resumed hot water flow in timely fashion! While he was there, I was able to ask him other plumbing questions and ended up having him doing other services. I highly recommend this company for its professionalism and how knowledgeable the technician was!

Travis & his team were very effective & solved our plumbing problems.
The not only cleaned out our extremely slow drain, but ordered & installed an amazing garbage disposal as well as changed the filters on our 6 filter reverse osmosis system that they previously installed. Best plumbers we've ever had.
Travis really spends time explaining things and is very proactive as well. We have another appointment with Resolved Home Services for hydro jetting and plan to use them for renovations in the future.

PLEASE READ AND DON'T GET RIPPED OFF:
-Travis arrived the day after I called. I chose RHS because they said they do not charge HB residents for an estimate.
-Upon arrival, Travis asked if I had had any work done on my heater in the past. I advised I purchased my place three years ago and had not done anything to it.
-He opened the system and said one side of the heater was not getting enough voltage. I asked how much he thought it would be to repair and he said he would have to check if they had the part in stock and would call the next morning. Cost to repair would be about $700.
-I then asked how much a new heater would be. He said that apart from the new system and installation, a permit from HB was needed and that the permit costs $500.
-I then asked if maybe the filter needed to be replaced (he never even looked at the filter). He said it's the heating system and if I wanted a filter I wouldn't be able to get one on my own. He said a filter costs $150 and if I called him, he would sell to me for $120.
-Travis never called in the morning so I called them. I was advised to fix the system would be $700 and for a new heater $1,000+.

-I looked on the internet and a permit with the application would be about $80. From there I decided to get answers on my own.
-I opened up the filter and it was dirty. Filters were about $40 online, but was able to find a local plumbing store that sold it to me the same day for $90. I installed the new filter on my own after looking at some YouTube videos and I now have hot water with no problems.
-When Travis did call back, I told him $500 seemed very expensive for a permit and he said it included the cost of the inspector who would be on site ensuring it is installed correctly. He was still standing by this story.

-The part that got me out of this whole ordeal was that Travis was telling me about how there are so many ""other"" dishonest plumbers out there.
I now will do my homework before calling for maintenance to educate myself on the subject and will definitely NOT hire nor recommend Resolved Home Services.

Awesome service! Resolved Home Services is my new ""go-to"" for plumbing and home repair. Travis fixed an outdoor leaky pipe and plumbed a gas line for us. He is very professional and friendly. After the outside pipe was fixed I noticed one of the toilets was running. I called Travis back and he returned to fix the toilet within an hour. The toilet wasn't an original repair he did but said occasionally sediment will cause a toilet to run. He fixed it free of charge and even gave me advice on my tankless water heater on how to bathe my dog using warm water and an outdoor hose. Don't hesitate...use Resolved!

Travis and his guys are great. They do quality work and get it done on time. He is honest and will give you an assessment of what needs to be done, and what kind of options are available. I had them do foundation fixing, plumbing, gas and electric work, outside irrigation, and kitchen cabinet work. I highly recommend them.

I use these guys for the church I go to. They have fixed 4 water shut off valves for the church. They are easy to work with and don't allow annoying customers hanging around to constantly ask questions. It's great there are plumbing companies around that can fix things on the first try, clean up after their work, and show up on time. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Got foundation, plumbing, remodeling or ADU construction needs? Resolved Home Services is the company to call. I just closed on a 100 year old home and needed to get my cripple wall fixed (foundation problems). Within a week of my closing they were on site and working. They are VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of general contracting. They've been considerate of my home; making sure to protect it from the dust and dirt of their work. They're ALWAYS here and on time. No splitting their time between two different projects. I could go on and on and on about how great these guys are. However, I'll let you call them for your next project, big or small, and see for yourself. You won't regret it.

Once again to the rescue! Hot water heater was backfiring and the manufacturer told us it would be about $500 delivered for the part they thought was the problem. As it was a 7 year old machine out of warranty we felt that would not be a wise decision. Travis came out the same afternoon, agreed with the diagnosis and provided a fair price to install a new machine with a 10 year warranty. Done & over with no outward sign of work being done. Best company around.

Admittedly, no one ever really WANTS to call a plumber. But, when my kitchen since clogged and would no longer drain they were there within an hour of messaging. Fast and friendly service to not only fix the problem, but gave me some information on how to prevent future problems. Hope not to have to, but will use them again when needed. Thanks!
