Called to have my tankless serviced on Sunday because I lost hot water. And they were fantastic. They gave me a trick so I could at least have hot water until they came out Monday and did my annual service and cleaning and flush the whole tankless. Cody was great knowledgeable, and a very happy guy, if you have tankless issues or need a tankless repair person, these are the guys their family owned and their local in Huntington Beach California. They are definitely going into my contacts on my phone and I will use them again.

From the first time that we spoke on the phone to the actual in-home service, it was clear that Travis and his team are thoughtful highly skilled technicians. Before I'd even decided to book them for a checkup on my Tankless Water Heater Travis spent 15 minutes with me on the phone explaining likely scenarios in regards to the service. It's rare these days to find vendors who are willing to take that kind of time for a potential customer who they may never see a dime from. I'm grateful to have found this company via Yelp and will definitely have them back to perform an annual service moving forward.

I found Resolved Home Services online by looking for someone to service our tankless water heater that just stopped working. I looked at reviews and decided on them. They had 5 Stars and for a very good reason! This was in August 2022.

Travis came out same day I called and gave us Every option we had to fix or replace the water heater. He had Very good explanations for choosing Any option. It was ""resolved"" that same day!

We have since had him come out for other home emergencies that required a home remediation referral from them. We had to cut out part of a first floor ceiling to fix damage from a problem happening on our second floor. Always stressful to have to do something like this and pull apart a bathroom to fix things. But I'll admit having Travis from Resolved on my side of making sure it all got done properly, I just felt more at ease. I knew it was going to be done right.
I'm finally writing my review for them because I feel they deserve it and all you customers out there looking for a company you can trust to do the job right! A company that Knows what they are doing! And is Not going to nickle and dime you for little things that they have done in addition to what they came for! Travis replaced two shower heads. One wasn't putting out hot water anymore and I thought it was related to the tankless water heater he had recently replaced. But it was because the shower head was completely calcified and the water wasn't able to pass through well enough and for some plumbing reason the hot water was going cold after a few minutes. Since he replaced that, it's been perfect.

This week, now late December 2022 the fire alarm on my ceiling where we had the leak was beeping continuously so I was afraid there was a problem again. I texted Resolved and Travis came out the very next morning to check for moisture and water. It was Not a leak but a problem with the electrical knobs in the fire alarm that had been pulled on and off many times over the years. It just decided it was time to be replaced.

WOW!!! Is what I say about this company!
Completely professional, personable, honest, and they Know what they're doing and they do their Best to get to you to handle your problem as soon as they are able, because they are quick to respond.
As far as I know they are not a large company but they are earning a Big name for themselves.
I highly recommend them!!!

My Rinnai tankless water heater was leaking gas. I called Resolved and then Cody arrived in about 3 hours. Cody fixed my issue promptly. Not only Cody was knowledgeable, but he was able to communicate clearly so that I understand what was going on. He did go above and beyond. He wore shoes cover when getting in and out of the house so a little thing like that adds up. On top of everything, my plumber, Cody, was very friendly. Definitely use the service again in the future

If I could give Resolved Home Services team a 10 star I would. I called them to fix a water leak in the main bathroom of my house.

The call representative was patient, efficient and thorough and scheduled me for same day service with a 3 hour window. To my surprise someone named Travis was able to come 45mins later and was able to resolve our issue within 1 hour.

With plumbers, contractors etc. they can get tricky and ""upsale you"" but not Travis... he was straight up with me and told me what to do for a short term fix and then what to look ahead for in the future for a long term goal, as this leak would happen one day again... I know nothing about plumbing so it was refreshing to deal with someone that had integrity... and provided me with legit choices and explanations!!!

Lastly Travis's customer service and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable allowing him in our home! I def recommend!

Spoke with Ray- absolutely kind and patient.
Incredibly helpful came for quick same day pop in- we needed the dreaded back flow test done from city- we thought we didn't have device installed he popped in saw we did-gave a quick referral for certified back flow tester- was completely nice about coming in and seeing we had one! I felt so bad taking their time. will definitely be using them in the future- a good plumbing co is so incredibly hard to find! We had a horror show with the guy that did our work.

You will be hearing from us at uptown paw for yearly hydro jetting and full drain rooter. And if we have any issues we are asking you we found our go to plumbing services.

I woke up to my Son saying that there is NO HOT WATER. I went online looked for a local plumber hoping that by being local they could get here ASAP! I found Resolved and spoke to a man named Zach. He quickly got the details of the situation at hand and sent out his technician Elijah. That bad part was I had to replace my Tankless water heater because it was leaking and on its last leg. Hence the reason for having NO HOT WATER. I wasn't in a position financially to pay for a new Tankless Water Heater so Elijah got me approved for financing within minutes to where I pay a little bit monthly Instead of having to pay all upfront. This company really does take pride in HELPING. I wish there was option to leave a 10 star review.

I usually do not leave Yelp reviews, but I had to for this one. Travis which is the owner along with his 2 brothers Cody and wade Did work on my restaurant and boy was I pleased. They are super professional From beginning to end. Me being part of our family owned restaurant. It's wonderful feeling to support other family owned businesses.
