Really amazed. Had no heat for two days called others and no one showed. He showed up and figured out issue almost right away. Didn't feel as if he was trying to blow anything issue up went straight to the actual issue as being a quick fix with a couple crossed wires.

Absolutely went above and beyond my expectations and felt treated more than fair.

A couple of days ago I ceased to get any air flowing through my vents. The A/C was running but the blower wasn't blowing any air. I called a HVAC company that I normally use and left two messages with them without a return response from them. I searched the area for other HVAC companies and found Resolve Services. I made the call and left a message giving my information. The next day I received a return call from Resolve. I spoke with Tyler and then explained my situation to him. He asked if I was available in 20 minutes. Of course I said yes. He arrived in less than 20 minutes as I was a little surprised to see him recalling that he had actually installed my water heater several years back through a different company. At the time he was the only one who would come out during weekend off hours. He was very considerate, friendly and was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair in less than 10 minutes. The A/C is back on and the cost for the repair was very reasonable. I am completely satisfied with his work and his response time in addressing my issues. I did notice that many of the HVAC companies take their vacation during the summer months and often enough they are without a scheduler and service tech. Tyler not only was the service tech but was also managing the phone. I will be using them again in the future if problems arise.Thanks again Tyler!

Couldnt be more pleased with Resolve Services. They offered a few options and understood the product. The Bryant equipment they installed runs great. They even offered me an indoor air quality system that has improved my recurring dust and dander problem. I highly recommend. Fair pricing, great product , great people.

If we could give zero stars, we would.

Resolve Services gave us the run around for about a month, sending out inexperienced repair guys multiple times who failed to understand or diagnose the issues in our AC system. They subsequently failed to show up for scheduled appointments and Bennett made excuse after excuse as to why, never apologizing. Based on their promises, we suffered in 90+ degree heat with a newborn, a toddler, and dogs. Finally, we had to stay in a hotel rather than our sauna-like house. We also had an enormous electric bill (400% more than any other summer month) because they failed to fix the issue and also failed to show up multiple times, so we had to leave our improperly-running units running as they instructed for weeks on end. Tyler assured us they would file a replacement authorization with the home warranty company, which was confirmed by Bennett with me on the phone. They never did diagnose or fix our AC system. They never authorized a new unit. When I called them out on their unprofessionalism (and for being unethical), Bennett said they would transfer us to another vendor rather than address and remedy the job themselves. They're nice guys but nice doesn't fix HVAC systems, especially in the heat of summer! I wish I had read all of these other one-star reviews prior to contacting them! What a colossal waste of time and energy... never again!

The came out last year because we had major flooding in pour basement. The were referred her by a Home Warranty company. They did the work necessary, but I had to bring in a local plumber to correct their work. I took them to small claims court and was awarded the money that I had to pay out for repairs and labor. The did not honor their contract and to date they have not paid me back. They don't answer their phone, emails or texts. Stay away as they are not reliable.

Delays, payments for a part that didn't fix the AC. They did not return my calls of texts for days. I had to kennel my older dog due to the unbearable heat. I finally contacted a reputable company who fixed the problem in two days

Contacted HSA for leak in newly purchased home in New Castle. Tyler from Resolve Services came out the following Monday to assess the work to be done. Said they would be here Tuesday at 8:00 am to do job (collapsed sewer line in basement. Did not show up. Did not call. Did not answer their phone or text. Got a call about 5:00 pm. Told me they got hung up on another job and would come out on Friday at 8:00 am. Did not show up. Did not call. Did not answer their phone. My guess? Very small company that has no office staff or scheduler. Won't be using them again.
