Resolve Rooter, Inc. was established in June 1998 when Frederick J. Carr purchased a truck, placed an ad in the yellow pages, and launched his business from his kitchen table. Since then, numerous elements have transformed—office location, advertising methods, workforce size, and services provided—but our dedication to exceptional service has stayed the same.
Throughout the years, our aim has always been total customer satisfaction. At the forefront of this mission is our committed group of customer service agents, highly trained technicians, and devoted management. With their selfless dedication of time and talent over the past thirteen years, Resolve Rooter has expanded its customer base significantly.

After 15 long months of hard work, Carr returned home to his family, where his father said, ""I need your help.""

Had an appointment set between12:00 - 4:00 PM setup through NJ American Water for a kitchen sink clog. As I write this message the time is 5:24 PM. Called the office a few times during the day and was told he had a flat and would be here around 4:00 PM. Never got a call from the technician on an ETA. Left 2 messages with a live person on the answering service and still have not received a return call.
Came out and cleaned my main drain the company was sent out by american water resources good so far i had to pay my 50 deductible for the clogged sewer line.
This company was sent to repair a clogged and leaking drain by insurance through my water company.
Scheduled yesterday to arrive 2 - 6 pm.
Called 5:15 to reschedule. Inconvenient, but it happens. Scheduled today for same 2-6 window. Got a call at 11:30 am to see if they could come ASAP and I left work to meet them.
Technician looks at it and says it's not clogged and coverage doesn't cover leaking drains, only supply lines. $50 deductible and drives off within 10 minutes of arrival. ZERO attempt made to address my problem.
I fixed leak and unclog drain within 30 minutes of his departure. Called to complain and not much said other than it's $50 to send the truck.
Some companies take pride in a job well done, others could care less.
Guess which type Resolve is? Bastards!
I had an apt scheduled between 10am & 2pm. I called approx. 2:30pm and was informed that the technician had an emergency. Further, customer service did not apologize and reiterated how they were not aware he didn't show up. It appears to be serious disconnects with this company and I would not recommend.
