Recommended Customer Reviews

The very 1st point Resolve Plumbing made to me was to tell me that they will only work through AHS (American Home Shield). In other words, they would not call me to talk to me about the issues with my plumbing. Because of the above, I called AHS and informed them that I don't have confidence in the plumbing company because of the above behavior of refusal to communicate any potential issues with me.They told me (their customer) by contract they can send anybody they want to the address. At this point, I tell the AHS customer service representative that I have had over 20 contractors to my house using AHS, and I have never ever have had an issue like this one where a contractor outright refuses to communicate with me. On the day of the appointment, they called AHS. AHS then calls me asking whether I want to either to cancel service request or give them the access code. I tried calling the technician directly to give him the access code while he was out on call at my house. He refused to pick up the phone. My agent at this time informs me that he provided the access code directly to the company's front desk on Friday, which is closed on Saturday. After being placed on hold for 30 minutes, I call back to AHS to give them the access code. On Monday because of lack of communication to me from either Resolve Plumbing or from AHS, I have to call AHS back. AHS tells me that Resolve Plumbing took no action. AHS informs me that Resolve Plumbing said there's no problems with my plumbing. AHS tells me if I want another technician to come out and resolve the issue that they will have to charge me another $75 in order to accomplish this. At this point, I tell AHS that I don't see value in using them anymore. To this, they tell me to call AHS' customer retention, and then offer an apology. I would highly recommend not using Resolve Plumbing because of the bureaucracy involved in them attempting to explain issues or the lack of issues and the lack of direct communication from Resolve Plumbing's technician. Again, I have had over 20 visits to my house using AHS as the prime. By far, this has been the most difficult because of flat out refusal to communicate from the subcontractor (Resolve Plumbing). In fact, this was 1 of 3 contractors that went to my house in the last week by my using AHS. They were the only contractor whom would not pick up the phone when I called. They also did not call me after the appointment to inform me of what they had found in the appointment. Family Heating and Air on the contrary is a subcontractor to AHS whom have always returned my call and have been at my house several times as a sub to AHS. They also were out to my house and fixed the issues and called me back.
