Service was provided by Jason Sykes. Had a failed water line and instant hot electic water heater that needed to be replaced. Jason noticed the poor quality work previously done by another company and assured me that he'd get the new instant hot system plumbed correctly. His plumbing work looks great, and the new system provides hot water well. Thanks again to the Resolution Plumbing team for getting me squared away in 1 day.

I just noticed the new system is made in USA (chronomite laboratories), even better!

Had an issue with water collecting under the sink and called Resolution Plumbing. Daniel Diaz did a thorough investigation.
It turned out to not be a plumbing issue , but rather an issue with water entering the house through the wall after a rainstorm. There was no charge for him to come do the estimate, and he cleaned up well after the evaluation. He also wore booties in the house to keep my floors clean. I felt bad that I didn't have an actual plumbing issue for him to repair, but will definitely choose Resolution Plumbing for the inevitable future plumbing issue.

My water heater had started leaking on Thanksgiving so we waited a couple days before trying to get it fixed. I called resolution plumbing over the weekend and Alex was able to give a time he was able to come that same day. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote, and was able to replace our water heater that same day. He was efficient and nice.

I had used Resolution Plumbing back in Sept of 2022. They did a good job replacing the spigot in my back yard. Around Halloween of 2023, the spigot started leaking again but I had put off calling for another plumber until now. Resolution plumbing came out and fixed the problem. I called Resolution Plumbing for a clogged toilet. They were very responsive and came out the next day. Marco was our plumber, and gave an estimate and fixed the toilet immediately.

Two days later, our toilet wasn't flushing properly again and I called them back. They were very accommodating and were able to send someone out to see what was the problem. Marco came out again and was able to fix it right away. Marco was professional, proficient, and reliable.
