I called Residential Rescue on a Sunday and spoke to Sean. I needed a kitchen faucet and an angle stop replaced as the former was leaking and the latter was clogged up. I already had the parts so I just needed them installed. Because this job was pretty straight forward, Sean was able to give me a quote over the phone. Many plumbers won't even give a ball park estimate, but I like to have some idea of what to expect. Sean's price was lower than I expected, and the lowest from other plumbers. We talked about when he could come over and he was able to be at my house in a couple of hours after speaking to him on the phone and this was a Sunday evening around 6:30 pm. As someone who grew up working in plumbing with my father, I saw that Sean was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Even though I had the main parts, he had to run to Home Depot to make one of them compatible. He suggested other things we could do regarding our plumbing, but didn't pressure us to make us feel we needed to them right then. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely call him again for future plumbing issues.
