This was a great experience from start to finish. I left a message on the weekend and even though they don't work then the owner called me back and said the office would call and schedule an appointment on Monday. That's exactly what happened. The day of, the plumber Nate was on time, diagnosed the issue, told me what he could do and how much it would cost and promptly fixed the problem. I will definitely use them again.

I do not recommend Residential Plumbing due to my bad experience. I told Residential Plumbing the repeated problems in my house like toilet tissue overflowed from the drain hole and water sipped through the floor of the washer/dryer room where the house's main sewer line is. Residential Plumbing owner Ken came to my property and checked showers, toilets and vanity sinks multiple times and found no problems. He charged me $120 without fixing any thing or recommending any fixes. He did not even mention to me the possibility of having a sewer issue. As a home owner I am not knowledgeable enough to know the difference between plumbing issues and sewer issues until I found another plumber who performed diagnostic checks and actually found/fixed the sewer problem. I am actually disappointed at Residential Plumbing for only performing superficial checks and charged me for doing absolutely nothing.

I had a toilet issue at my home. I made an appointment online, spoke with someone that next morning who told me that I would have to be the second appointment that day. which I greatly appreciate it that they fitted me in and he was right on time. He probably wasnt even here no longer than 30 minutes. Resolved my issue ,fix something else that could have been a potential problem in the future. Very reasonable price, will call them definitely again . thanks guys
