We called to have our dishwasher repaired. He advised we needed a new heating element, it was ordered and he gave us the date he was supposed to receive then he would call to schedule. That day came & went. We finally got in touch with him he said there was a delivery delay. He never called us to advise. The part came in an appointment was made with a time between 9 and 10. When he didn't show at 10 we got in touch with him and he said he was on his way. He didn't show up until 1130. He put in the part and said everything was fine. After he left we put some dishes in and turned it on and there was water leaking on the floor. We contacted him and he said he would come by that night to look at it. He never showed and never called. Made a few more attempts to contact him and he finally responded and set up another appointment for him to come back. Again he was a no call no show. We tried to contact him via phone, text, and email over the course of several days and he has yet to respond. We finally had to call someone else to come and were advised by that professional that the part was installed incorrectly. So the only reason he gets one star is because that is the lowest we can choose. Do not hire him for anything. He is unreliable and unprofessional.

It was late Saturday afternoon when I contacted him. He graciously drove over an hour from Daphne to Brewton. Very nice fixed my subzero refrigerator. Very happy with his service.

Same day service at a great price, and our problem was solved. We are happy campers. Another """"big name' plumbing outfit wanted us to first get a leak detection company to come out (for $350) before their """"plumber"""" would come take a look. I won't be calling those bozos again.

He fixed the pee trap that the other guy broke. he wasn't able to clear the clog. he stayed 3 hours so I paid him but he didn't get the job completed because of his eqipment.

Colt has been my handyman for 3 years. He has removed and installed my dishwasher. Added steps to the back of my trailer. Fixed my dryer vent. Leveled a sagging floor under my washing machine. He has also hung my gutters. When my plumbing gave way he came immediately. He even fixed an issue with my car. Great service at fantastic price. This is a man with many talents. He is a one man operation and sometimes there can be some scheduling conflicts or missed communications, but he always comes through and gets the job done.
