Resicon accommodated my complex schedule, coordinating work with arrival of ordered units. After my job changed, the owner worked with me regarding pricing. The electrician had to drill 9 extra holes in my wall, however, to find the correct placement. I certainly didn't expect that! Yet I can understand the difficulty involved. I just would have preferred less/no patching after the work was completed.

PSE referred me to Resicon LLC for a smart thermostat project. I just newly moved to the place and honestly I wasn't exactly sure how the heating system works around here; that's when I was so glad that Jason from Resicon answered the call. I've been scouring for answers regarding the heating system around here since it's been bugging my mind. Jason came at my place, he was punctual and very friendly; we even chatted about my dilemma.. after explaining my whole situation he began to work. Not only did he swap out my thermostat to something more efficient (smart ecobee thermostat) he even showed and explained what my heating system was, where it was located, how maintenance and upkeep should be done, and a lot more info. I was super impressed with the attention to detail Jason. Thank you for your professional work, I highly recommend Jason and Resicon for your HVAC needs or smart thermostat project needs. Patchwork was completed. They appear to have done a fine job. I stand by what I said.. the technicians are great, the customer support / office workers need re-training.

I was looking forward to using this company, but after calling the first time, they were supposed to call me back, never did- I figured no big deal, it was leading into a holiday weekend. So I call them this week, set up an appointment for 10am- and at 1030 I get a call that they need to push it back to the afternoon. I'm at work and I had my partner already change his work schedule to be able to do 10am. By 1030 no one has shown up and I finally get a call that they need to reschedule again last min. I understand that things come up but I work in an appointment based industry and would never inconvenience my customers repeatedly like this. I wish I could say that I would want work done but being on time and respecting others time is in tune with doing a quality job as well so I'll hopefully find a different company that can do both.

Edited to add: I wish your speed and accuracy in replying to yelp was used today and this past week. Then I'm sure I had stayed a customer.

Resicon was really great. Very reasonably priced and the technicians were professional and got the work done efficiently. They had to troubleshoot our sump pump and then re-wire it. They took the necessary time to understand the issue and then communicated it to me before doing the work. I was definitely impressed and would hire them again.

I was a little hesitant to have people in my home unattended but, i was told not to worry because they were licensed & bonded. They were supposed to fix my breaker and 4 lights that were faulty probably due to breaker issues. Pse came to my house 1st thing & were turned away by resicon. They spent a full day @ my home&then left. I had to call them for an explination.they told me they had to come back next day.i said i cant take anymore time off so i had to leave them alone@home. When i arrived after work none of the lights had been fixed.i'm hoping that none of the sockets fry like thaey had before.i was told the main box only pse could fix was the issue. What a waste of time. Later i found that my lights in my garage no longer were not working. I was told unless i could get more county funding, they would not @ least fix the garage lights that were working before they got here. I would not reccomend them AT ALL. Honor your word.

Miguel came in to give us a bid on a hot water heater. Not only is their company able to help with the hot water heater they are electricians and can do contract work. I'm all for supporting small business and had a wonderful experience with this company

They guys from Resicon are amazing! I've had them out to install ductless heat pumps at two homes I've had and each time it's been a great experience. They are courteous, clean, and efficient! If I could give 10 starts I would!!

We heard about Craig & Resicon from two neighbors. We hired them to put in a new heat pump/AC and we could not be happier. The 4-person team was very friendly, totally professional and even took extra time to help me find a solution to a walled-off duct. We rarely do big house projects like this because so frequently things go wrong! The Resicon guys made sure everything went right. My husband is particular about workmanship and he is thrilled with this job in every detail. The price was very fair, and Craig made sure we had the right system for our situation. I totally recommend them!
