Bad service charged me 85 dollars for telling me nothing and when I called him many times he didn't even answer the phone anymore. Don't hire him ?

I was referred to Rescue Rooter by another business and the man was literally in my driveway in less than 1 hour. He did his job professionally and could not be happier!!

Plumber showed up through our home warranty. Told me my bathroom floor was not level after rocking the toilet. Did not check the floor, did not bring a tool in and just said I think the toilet is causing the leak. Said I can fix it because the floor isn't level. Charged me $85 and fraudulently submitted information to the home warranty company. I replaced the wax ring on the toilet, the nut holding the toilet to the floor was lose that's why the toilet rocked. The floor was level. Plumber didn't want to do any work so I was charged for him to say ""I think it's the toilet leaking"". I fixed the problem in 15 minutes for $15 for a new wax ring and a tube of caulk. Do not waste your money on the lazy plumbers with this company

My upstairs toilet needed a new wax ring (toilet was leaking from beneath) so I called Joe, the owner, at Rescue Rooter Pros. Joe's work is top rate, rates are reasonable and he cleans up any mess he makes while getting the job done! He is personable and honest. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter Pros the next time you need a plumber!
