When my kitchen sink was overflowing last week, Dex and his partner dropped everything and came as soon as possible! They fixed my sink and cleaned up after! I will definitely call Dex again!

Our hot water heater blew at 5:30am on Monday morning and the Rescue Plumbing team was on site almost immediately. I worked with Dex throughout the entire process and he was amazing. Very responsive, flexible with the other mitigation work being done, and very knowledgeable. I would work with Dex and the RP team again in a heartbeat!

Horrible service! un-responsible workers, they don't show up or even call back. We have had a leak in one of our apartments for the last week. They came out and said that it was the pipe in the shower, charged us almost $1,000. The next day it was still leaking and we continued to call and a person named Dex said he would come to fix it the next day and never showed up. We continued to call and after a week he called back. We called another plumber and he said that it was the trap that needed to be unclogged. A small job not worth $1000. We will never use these crooks again!!!

We had a leaky sink that required a faucet replacement in a very tight work area and Rescue Plumbing did a great job. Pete and Noah were very responsive, helpful and professional. They not only did a great job but also were able to fix the problem without having to cut our cabinetry to make more space for all the faucet parts to fit properly under the sink. We would 100% recommend Rescue Plumbing.

We had a plumbing emergency when water started coming into our basement after taking a shower on the second floor. The first plumber we called couldn't come for 2 days but Rescue Plumbing came the next day. They were very professional and used a camera to determine that we had a broken main sewer line from our house to the street. As soon as we approved the free estimate (which was very fair priced for the amount of work), they got to digging. I want to give a specific shout out to Paco who was patient with my questions, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them!

Great group of people. I called for a catch basin repair and they came the next day and installed an entire new basin in one day. Pete was especially awesome and guided me through the process perfectly.

Had originally booked my usual service to clear a clogged /backed up drain. Though when the time window came along I got a prompt call asking if they could reschedule to the following day. That too after waiting most of the day. (Unfortunate events occurred and they were stuck on other calls.) I needed this drain cleared pronto and could not wait any longer. So, I leaned on a referral a friend passed along and called Rescue.

From the time I placed the call to the time they were on my property, the rescue operation went quick and they were in and out in no time. I was surprised at how quickly my service window was offered and the time they made it on site. Note, the repair happened a couple weeks back during lockdown. I was assured that their staff would have ppe on when dealing with the public.

The work: A clogged kitchen sink on the first floor of an apartment building. In apartment buildings the line is shared (with those above it) and in the event of a clog or backup, that unit will suffer the backup of all (however many) units.

The cost: Affordable.

The next time I've got a plumbing emergency, glad to know another trusted service provider I can call to the Rescue.

Let's start this review by saying that I created this problem because I thought I could play plumber. I broke the pipe upon which my bath spout fits.

I live in a high rise and was very concerned that any leaking would enter neighboring units and put me on the hook for many thousands of dollars. I emailed rescue plumbing based on their reviews and I could not be happier. The owner of the company called me with in 12 hours after I submitted the request late at night. He was willing to attempt giving me a quote over the phone with the obvious warning that things could change if the problem were something else.

His guys Pete and Paco showed up the next day, assessed the problem and got to work after reassuring me that everything was gonna be okay and that he could handle the job. They also patiently and kindly answered all of my million nervous questions. The walled me through the job told me exactly what they would do. As the plan changed a little bit, the updated me along the way.

Throughout all of this my building has a tendency to be very intolerant of contract work and as expected got very angry despite approval from my building engineer. Pete handled them like a champ. He talked on the phone with the engineer and handled our disgruntled security man with nothing but smiles, professionalism and class.

Even though the job was about $200 more than expected they told me this upfront and they were still hundredSSSSS of dollars cheaper than the guy I had assess the job before them. They were able to fix everything without removing tile and entering any other units or turning off water for my neighbors (which The Other Guys said they would need to).

Rescue plumbing all the way. If anything happens in the future I will not hesitate to call them and neither should you!

We called Rescue Plumbing when our kitchen sink started clogging up. To avoid an overtime call out fee, we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Thee guys were super nice and polite. They actually could have come earlier than the scheduled window but it didn't work for us unfortunately.

What really stood out for me was they came prepared with shoe covers that they slipped on before entering the house; protects our floors and they don't need too remove their snow boots! I thought that was great!

They snaked our pipe, made sure it was working properly again and did a great job cleaning up and leaving things as they were. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you!!

I called on a Sunday at noon (phone call answered immediately) and someone (Ben) from Rescue was at my door 2 hours later. I had no hot water in my shower and it was first day in my brand new condo. Ben and his assistant quickly diagnosed the issue, drove to get the right part, came back and fixed the problem. I have hot water in my shower now! Ben is a pro. You could tell he had the situation under control he'd fix the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, he pointed out plumbing issues in my building and offered to come back and fix them. A+ all around for Ben and Rescue Plumbing.
