So I haven't actually used Rescue as I type this email but I wanted to give Dex at Rescue Plumbing a big shoutout for his honesty and integrity. I had a plumbing issue and I got a quote from Rescue. Dex was honest about the work needed and gave me great advice. So if you ever use Rescue Plumbing, ask for Dex!

Rescue Plumbing was just fantastic! I called in the morning for two clogs and was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful voice who was able to send someone out within 2 hours.

Loga assessed the problems provided clear fixed pricing and was able to fix everything, even replacing the inner workings of our toilet with things they had in the truck.

They were also incredibly respectful of the house. Making sure to put plastic over their shoes.

I'd highly recommend them and I'd happily call them again.

Rescue Plumbing to the rescue again! We have had Victor and his helpers out to our house twice this month to take care of a leak under our sink and a new faucet install. Both times, the guys were amazing. They explained the issues thoroughly, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, and gave us excellent advice about things we can do moving forward. We had a major clog combined with a leak that we were unable to fix on a Sunday morning meaning our kitchen wasn't usable...with company coming over tonight. i found Rescue Me online and they were here within 90 minutes and fixed everything in less than an hour. We recently had a water heater leak and had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. They were very responsive and sent a professional at the same day. The plumber confirmed the call 10 mins before he arrived. He analyzed the root cause issue was the valve worn out and suggested to replaced a new brass valve. He fixed it very quick and our water heater is no loner leaking. He is professional and helpful and also explain how to maintain it in he future. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!

My garbage disposal broke. I figured it could likely he repaired but since garbage disposals are cheap, I figured I would just have it replaced. I called a little before 8am and someone was sent to me by 10:30. I asked for a quote before scheduling a plumber to come out and was told they did not offer phone quotes. Understandable.

The only, and biggest, issue was once the plumber arrived he quoted me $895 to replace a garbage disposal.

I have never in my life heard of a garbage disposal replacement costing that much. I immediately said no. He offered to try to clean it out, I asked how much that would be and was told $395. Again, absolutely not.

I really struggled writing this because while everyone was extremely nice, they were extremely timely, their pricing feels extremely predatory and outlandish. Almost offensive.

I ordered a replacement from home depot for $125 post-tax and paid a plumber from Task Rabbit less than $100.

Look past their charm and avoid overpaying for simple services.

UPDATE: Turned out that I didn't even need a replacement. Lol. My ""handyman"" was able to unclog my ""cheap garbage disposal"" in 15 minutes.

But your business choices to provide free quotes has nothing to do with me. I simply do not care if you paid for parking or paid your staff hourly to come do an estimate. $900 is absurd. And $400 to unclog is as well.

Now you are commenting ridiculous things under my review. My downtown condo did not need any new pipes, I never even talked to the man about to cost of the garbage disposal, even with ""quality"" disposal, $900 was absurd, no one ""bent over backwards"".

Removing one star because there seems to be confusion around what I can AFFORD and what is reasonable.
