My water heater's T&P valve leaked the other night. Rescue answered my call, asked for photos to make sure the system was in a safe state for overnight, and made plans to come out in the morning. Keith arrived on time and quickly determined that my regulator valve could be bad, causing excessive water pressure. He was very professional in explaining his reasoning and options for cost effective repair. I received a repair quote by text within minutes and he made the repair. The cost for parts and labor seemed fair to me. I was also given recommendations on additional repairs and improvements to my system. They were very willing to answer all my questions and stick around to make sure the system was running properly. I'll definitely give them a call for any future repairs in my home.

I had a problem with my water tank and Rescue Plumbing was there the next day. It was a small problem and not only did they fix it but they educated me if the problem arise again. It was a pilot light on the tank. They were there for less than 15 minutes and didn't even charge me for the visit. Great team of guys and I will be going back to them with any plumbing issues in the future. 5 STARS! Don

Needed my basement foundation wall repaired and sealed as I noticed a crack in it was allowing in water to my utility room during/after big rain storms. They came out within just a couple days, would have even been sooner if I had been available, and they were great at working around my schedule! Upon inspecting the outside wall, they found another crack I hadn't even noticed as it's been covered up by drywall in the finished part of my basement!! They quoted a more than fair price to do the work on both areas at the same time. Provided a very nice, detailed estimate for the work they'd be doing. Fantastic communication regarding when they'd be arriving to do the work and if there were any delays. Very professional and took time to explain exactly what their process was and why it should be done that way. Also wonderfully personable, having a conversation about things not directly related to the job, definitely makes you feel like a valued customer, not just dollar signs like so many other places will treat you. Went above and beyond with their work and respecting my house, space, privacy, and time. Absolutely recommend for any services they can do for you. Will be my go to in the future!
