Toilet clogged late night and Dex came very fast. Fast and efficient, fair price for emergency after hours. So reliable, I love the fact that I can call someone after hours and they come and fix without gauging.

Wow! Sara V, a representative of Rescue Plumbing, thinks my review is ""totally false!"" Yet another reason to never do business with these people. I own the condo that was the subject of this review and I can absolutely, 100% guarantee you that this review is accurate. Sara V is correct that Rescue Plumbing didn't provide a quote to me, they provided it to my single female tenant who they presumably viewed as a mark to exploit. Check out the other reviews that are less than 5 stars. Many of them report similar attempts to overcharge. See specifically, Susana K., Samyukta L., Brandon S., David S. and Michael A. Not sure what else to say, except you've been warned about Rescue Plumbing and you've witnessed, in Sara V's response, their willingness to outright lie to cover up their shady business practices. I'll say it again, NEVER, NEVER do business with these people!

We discovered gelatinous fluid backing up out of a floor drain and oozing out of a crack in our cement stairs outside our utility room. We called Rescue Plumbing because they had so many great reviews and hoped they could figure out the problem ASAP. They did not disappoint; Freddie, Paco, and their skillful team sent a camera through the pipes and quickly determined the issue was a collapsed sewer line. The job was a big one, and once we agreed to do it, it took just two days for Rescue Plumbing to jackhammer up the smallest part of the patio possible, dig a 6' deep trench, replace the pipes, fill the trench, rod out the sewer line to the street and give us video images from the whole job.
The Rescue Plumbing team was knowledgeable, thorough, and skilled. I will use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Victor is the best! Overall, Rescue Plumbing was one of the easiest companies to work with too.

We detected a leak in the basement and called them first thing in the morning. Rescue Plumbing had someone available right away! However, we weren't available until 4pm and they were able to accommodate.

Victor called when he was heading our way and they arrived right in the middle of their estimated time window. They were quick with assessing what work they needed to do, and clear with the costs. They got started right away and were very thorough in their assessment. They pinpointed exactly where the leak was coming from and the solution and costs.

I was very impressed with their work and not only highly recommend their service but would call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Rescue plumbing customer service was great and got me set up for a same day estimate for a shower cartridge repair. The two plumbers that came out were very polite and knowledgeable and did confirm it was a bad shower cartridge.

The reason for the lower review is the pricing. I was given an estimate of around $500-$600 for parts and labor, or if I purchased the part myself it was a flat fee of $385 for labor which seemed very high for an easy replacement.

In the end I ended up buying the part for $100 from a plumbing store and used YouTube to guide me through the cartridge repair which took about 30 minutes. No more dripping shower!

I'm still open to reaching out for estimates from Rescue Plumbing for future needs just based on the responsiveness and customer service.

Everything everyone said about this place in other reviews mirrored my experience. Fast, friendly, efficient. A plumber named Dex came out very late on a Friday night to assess a toilet which had stopped flushing. They assessed the problem as a clog beyond my unit. It would require the whole nine yards, removing the commode, using loud machinery, etc. which couldn't be done that night. A regular auger didn't work.

They were upfront about the price at $875.00. I will leave it to the reader to determine if that is appropriate or not, but my condo association president didn't seem to think it was out of line. And because they couldn't resolve the problem that night, they didn't charge me anything at all for that visit, even though they attempted an auger. I thought that was a very generous move.

They sent me the estimate. I tried to see if they could get someone out on Saturday, but they couldn't send anyone til Sunday morning. I did say I was going to try and find same day service elsewhere, and they didn't bat an eyelash, even though they wouldn't have made a penny on the whole transaction. Having no luck (except with one company I didn't feel comfortable with), I went back to Rescue Plumbing because I really appreciated what appeared to be their honesty and upfront communication (again, I can't speak to the pricing).

Dex and another person (whose name I didn't get) came back as promised on Sunday morning, completed the service, and everything seems great!

The ONLY reason this is a 4-star (really, 4 1/2 stars) rather than 5-star review is that, after all was said and done, they wanted to add $99.00 to the total for the Friday night service call, even though the total estimate was supposed to be inclusive. I was able to push back on that only slightly, and they backed down on it. But it was a little sketchy, which marred an otherwise completely satisfactory experience. I will definitely use them again! But I will get estimates for pre-planned work as comparison, as I know nothing about rates for plumbing services. I think that's good practice, anyway.

Called these folks to re connect our utility sink in the basement and fix a broken pipe. We worked with Vincent and he was really nice, gave us a competitive quote, and walked us through what he would do to fix our issue. He was such a pleasure to work with that we asked him back for help on a few other issues we'd come across as new home owners. I really appreciate when people who know their craft well take the time to explain what they're doing. We will definitely be calling Vincent back when we're ready to put in our bathroom downstairs.
