Receptionist was very responsive & helpful, hence the additional star for what would've otherwise been a 1-star review. I was quoted a 2 hour timeframe the same day for an in-person consultation. The 2 plumbers who came arrived early. Wore masks, booties, etc. I wanted to like the company but the plumber quoted me on average 5x more than the other 2 companies who came out shortly thereafter for a wax ring change. Compare quotes before choosing them!!

I just purchased a home and the pipes to the washing machine were leaking in the basement, they replaced the pipes, mounted it to the basement wall and made everything look so neat and clean. 2 days later they came back to put gas lines in extending 50 feet from the furnace around my basement because there were no gas lines (the dryer and stove were electric) it was an extensive job, but they completed it in 3 hours and their price was over $1000 less than other quotes I got. The work was done well, it looks neat and thorough. Vincent and his team were amazing, very nice, with excellent customer service. I will never use any other plumbing service ever again.

Great experience overall. I don't enjoy having to hire contractors or call repairmen, but everything about Rescue Plumbing went smoothly.

I had a severe toilet main line clog and another toilet that wouldn't stop running even after I replaced the flapper. I called Rescue Plumbing and they picked up the phone immediately, the woman on the other line was courteous and efficient, and to my surprise they scheduled me immediately for same day service.

When the plumbers were running a bit late, the office called me to keep me informed of their ETA. The plumbers, Loga and Djenkis, were cheerful and professional and worked super hard. They worked late until 8:30PM making 100% sure they had fixed both of my problems, and they apologized even for staying late, even though I felt bad that they were working instead of going home. While Rescue Plumbing wasn't inexpensive, they absolutely were worth it to me for a smooth, headache-free experience. Would absolutely hire again.

Also appreciated that they proactively were masked. I told them that only when we were talking face-to-face would they need a mask and they could take it off when they were working if it got too hot, but it was a nice gesture on their part.

I already forgot the plumbers names, so apologies for that. However, great service, very prompt. They found the problem and fixed it immediately. They also took a look at a couple other minor things I needed looked at. Would use their services again for emergencies because I called late at night and got a response quickly. Great job all around!

Our toilet wasn't flushing right, Vance came in identified the problem and fixed it within 15min. Very friendly and on time and the pricing was very reasonable. We will only be using Rescue Plumbing and requesting for Vance only...very very professional.

Rick and Eric were fantastic! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. When our issue was bigger than initially thought, they were quick to reschedule to come back out the next day to make sure everything was fixed, and showed us how to prevent the problem from happening again. Couldn't be more pleased with service!

We had a flood in our basement and Dex Murati showed up within the hour. He was able to fix the problem, replace our water pump and gave us valuable advice on how to prepare the claim for your insurance company. His professionalism was of the utmost quality. Not to mention that even after his work was done, he followed up twice to make sure that we were being taking care of by the renovation company and the insurance. We were grateful for his help and prompt response/attention.
