Called Rescue Plumbing late on a Saturday and had someone at my house within a few hours. Dex was outstanding and worked extra hours to make sure we were taken care of. Would recommend.

Showed up two hours before they said they would and I wasn't ready for them.

I had a tub that wouldn't drain. They walked in reeking of bad cologne and went up to the bathroom, glanced at my bathtub and without doing anything spouted off a lot of details about what was wrong with my tub and quoted me thousands of dollars to fix it and that it would require tearing out my floor.

I said absolutely not. Then the plumber flippantly said, ""well I could snake your tub for $375.""

I was shocked that he didn't even investigate, turn on the water, or even get close to the tub and started quoting all these costs.

I said no and asked them to leave.

An hour later a friend came over and cleared my drainage issue by putting a shop vac hose on my drain. It took five minutes and cost me nothing.

While they missed the times that they told me they'd arrive (3pm to 5pm and then 6) once they got to my home they were all business. Once it was discovered that I needed a new toilet, not only did they offer to get one for me, but went to get one, installed it, and put the old one in the trash all of which took less than an hour. By the way they were only one of 3 of 6 businesses to respond to me and the only one of the three to actually say that they would do my job.

Service was great. They cleared the drain that had been an issue for a long time. They were also able to service next day. The only reason they lost 2 stars was because they refused to give me a price for services even though other companies quoted $240-300 for drain cleaning. When they got there they quoted 400 to 500. So in short great service but expensive and won't give you a quote

The guys were great! They were quick to respond and their estimate and final costs were the same -- which was far less than another company. They were knowledgeable and their work well-done. I will rely upon Rescue Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.
