Charged $499 for a simple shower cartridge replacement that took 1 hour. Shower cartridge is roughly $60 so they charged $439/hour. Pretty outrageous hourly rate. When I called initially to have them come out they would not give me a price for a shower cartridge replacement, otherwise I would've called someone else.

Will not call again.

With that said, they were responsive and came out within a few hours of calling. They did complete the job (although the technician had trouble returning the valve to the correct temperature operation). Nevertheless, I was disappointed that a local business would price gouge a nearby resident.

Our water heater was leaking water and Rescue Plumbing was out the next day to figure out what was wrong. We needed a new water heater which they installed next day. Logan was very knowledgeable, nice, and so helpful! Would highly recommend!

My bathtub faucet broke while i was giving my daughter a bath and the water wouldn't stop coming out. I called Rescue Plumbing and within 15 minutes, Dax got back to me and told me he would be on his way. A short time later he arrived and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem by replacing the cartridge and repairing the faucet. I really appreciated the amazing responsiveness and efficiency during a stressful time.

I woke up with no hot water in my kitchen sino, but hot water in the rest of the house. I ""attempted"" to fix it my self....to no avail. Called Rescue plumbers and within a few hours, Logan and Jenkins were at my door! They found the problem and fixed it right away. Super kind, knowledgable, clean and talked me through everything they did. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will for sure use them if there is another issue.

I had frozen pipes and was able to get a same day appointment. Pete and his apprentice came out and were able to help me do some troubleshooting to thaw out the pipes without any kind of expensive solution. He also gave me his cell phone # to call him directly if I had any additional problems or concerns. Definitely recommend and will use them again if I have any plumbing needs.
