We've used Rescue Plumbing three times in the past month, so it only seems fitting to finally write them a five-star review. First, our kitchen sink faucet at our rental condo broke. Our landlord was going to take a week to go through his home warranty company- Rescue came out the same day AND had the replacement faucet stocked with their plumber.

Fast forward a few weeks and we are having utilities turned on at our new house, only to find out we have a gas leak and the utility company wouldn't turn the gas on, and this during the first cold snap of the winter. Rescue Plumbing was able to come out the next day to find and fix the multiple leaks. Another few weeks later, they were able to come out the same day we called them to snake a slow shower drain and replace a toilet. Amazingly, the plumbers they sent picked the toilet we ordered up at Home Depot for us, and they didn't charge us at all for doing that.

It feels like their prices are a *touch* high, but for great service at an exceptionally quick timeline, I will gladly pay the price. We're glad to have Rescue Plumbing in our homeowner toolbox.

Needing a plumber urgently on a weekend, not to mention the weekend before Christmas, is incredibly stressful and not ideal for anyone. Vincent and his partner arrived super quickly, we're incredibly considerate, and got everything resolved and we're out in no time at all. The service was fantastic and while I hope to not have to call again, Vincent and Rescue Plumbing will be my first call if I am ever needing plumbing services.

Vincent and Lobo were extremely polite and fixed everything quickly. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to come out, it's nice to have emergency plumbing services when needed.

Edited just to add that they fixed my toilet within about 20 minutes. The valve and flapper needed to be replaced and they had the items on hand to do so. They also replace the water pipe hooking to the tank.

Pete arrived quickly and assessed the situation -- my old toilet needed to be replaced. He and Noah were back early the next day with a replacement that was installed in no time. Not only were they fast, but they were thorough and friendly. After the successful install, Pete cleared up all the materials and the old toilet and left the space clean.
