Had several issues to address.... the main issue was a HVAC drain line into a bathroom drain line that was clogged from the wall out....Luke was professional, and answered all questions. He was able to get the line running so my AC does not shut off again. They charge a $79 fee which is waived upon service, and it was $285 to clear the line... A little pricier than my prior plumbing company at $165 but unfortunately he was not able to come out for several days. Would recommend.

They came and send the wrong information to the Home warranty and the Home warranty declined the repair. I asked for a second opinion and the home warranty sent another plumbing company.

Our kitchen sink was clogged for 3 days causing the water to back up into our washing machine during a holiday weekend and all of our go to guys weren't available. I requested a quote on yelp to find someone that could help us right away and Dr. Rescue replied within minutes and I was able to schedule someone to come out within 2 hours. They sent Matt P. To fix our clog and he was able to get it fixed that same day at a very reasonable price. He even answered all of my mom's questions and was very patient and respectful, thank you for that! Definitely will be going to them first for any future plumbing issues.

I requested a second opinion after an initial diagnosis from another company. Kelly came out and had a different diagnosis, that was also the correct one. His diagnosis saved me a lot of $$$.
