Rescue plumbers are the best! I had an emergency with a water line that broke and unfortunately the mobile home park we lived at never fixed the emergency shut off valve for our water. I called all over and no one would help us. Rescue plumbers had a job but knew our situation was an emergency so they arrived within 15mins and saved our home. I'm so very thankful that they helped us and I'm sorry to the folks who had an appointment with the plumber and had to wait until he fixed our leak.

We called rescue plumber about 10:30pm and within an hour Joe showed up and diagnosed the problem and within a half hour took care it. Our new go to plumber!

This guy victor is a total ripoff!! He will tell you that you need to replace things like the pressure regulator. Then he told me the regulator costs $450.00 and $200.00 to install it. After paying $650.00 for the job, I found out at plumbing supply store that their most expensive regulator is less then $100.00. It took him less then 1 hour to install it. Total lying ripoff!! Would not recommend at all as very dishonest!

Well... they didn't leave a mess or scratch my floors or my appliance so they get a couple of stars.
This is the contractor my Palmdale Lowe's uses to install dishwashers & I can't figure out why! There's the obvious distance factor - they're at least an hour away on a good day with no traffic, and they're only in this area two days/week so imagine the wait time. But not knowing that at the time, I paid $115 for professional installation to be sure it was done right. It wasn't.
So they wanted me to wait another week and take additional time off work for them to come fix it!
For the sake of good customer service, since they screwed it up, wouldn't you think they'd be somewhat apologetic & offer an exception? Nope! No reaction at all, just blandly gave me the ""next available"" in my area. It was like pulling teeth to get their ""office manager"" to add me onto the end of a scheduled shift so I wouldn't have to wait longer AND miss work!
On the bright side... Lowe's couldn't apologize enough and was extremely polite and helpful, even checking back to see that the job was done right. I suggested they might want to find someone local & reliable to do their work.
Not at all impressed with Rescue Plumbing.

Disappointed that they don't provide quotes over the phone...like everyone else...in the universe! I have a leaking water heater that needs to be replaced ASAP and don't have time to schedule appointments and inconvenience myself and the representative just for a quote. If they're on the pricey side, it would have just been a complete waste of life. No thanks.

They had excellent customer service and excellent prices. I'm so glad I looked at these reviews on yelp; the technician that came was very considerate of my home; put down plastic where he was working and wore booties as he stepped into my home so he didn't dirty anything. My sewer line got backed up and I had no idea what to do, so i decided to try them out; when they were done with they're work everything was as good as new. I would definitely recommend them especially for their prices and customer service.

I will not work with people that refuse to give any kind of basic pricing over the phone. I asked for a ballpark price for a new valve to be installed in a rental home as I live 100 miles away and they wouldn't do it. I asked what it normally cost and they wouldn't even give me a price within 100.00. They just lost the job to another Yelp user that quotes me between 250 and 350. that is all I wanted

I rent a house out in Victorville and my tenants called me about a leaking sink in the laundry room and the kitchen. Turns out they were clogged. I called all the way from LA and this place was SO helpful! Great customer service. I talked to Michelle and she was very patient and courteous with me, I was freaking out! She was able to get someone out within an hour! Very reasonable prices. The job was done quickly and efficiently and both Michelle and the plumber communicated with me as things happen! Definitely recommend and will be using again. Excellent customer service!!

I recently hired them to re-do the plumbing for my doublewide mobile home. They were very efficient, priced very reasonably and did the work professionally. I would recommend them to any one in the High Desert that needs this type of work.
