This rating is based on the three times called over a three month period. Rescue Plumbers Inc CA response time was reasonably within one hour or less to arrive at our home in Apple Valley. Joe really tried to correct our problem.
First called Rescue Plumbers on April 6, 2021, because we had some water backing up in the kitchen sink. They snaked the pipe in the kitchen and it cleared the drain for $170.
Second time called Rescue Plumbers again on May 19, 2021, because we had another back up in the kitchen sink. They snaked it once more and charged us $169.
On 6/4/2021, our hallway bathroom toilet exploded and overflowed backing up into our bathtub and spilling sewage water over the entire bathroom floor, hallway floor, and down into our master bedroom and master closet. Joe called Elementum restoration services. Joe continued to snake both the front and rear drain lines to try to clear blockage for another $395, while the Elementum guys were here and I was on the phone speaking to our insurance company. I guess I wondered why didn't they attempt to snake both rear and front lines the second time they were here in May? One more thing, Rescue Plumbers DO NOT GUARNTEE THEIR WORK!
Note: Have called in another local plumber to actually replace the portion of drain that caused the blockage and reroute the line.

I have had Rescue Plumbers out several times to fix the various broken items in my home. They have been the best service. They usually get me in within a day or two and the service is always amazing. I would highly recommend!

Best company. Called them after 24.7 plumbing in Hesperia messed up and did not fixed my leaking shower. Joe came and fixed it and advised us to call the Water Dept. Cause they was a problem with the main. Would definently recommend.

I emailed them for a quote, Joe came out to my house within the hour. I had a leaking copper pipe, he fixed it in under an hour, also he replaced the water regulator. All in all, fast service, Joe was reliable and honest. The price wasn't too bad, I had to get these things fixed l, so I was willing to pay what it took. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.

Joe is the heart of that company he is their only employee for over a decade which makes that company as awesome as it is. But they do not pay him for holidays because they use a technicality for they do not have more than 10 employees which I think is so bogus Joe deserves much more hlanyone who has ever had service from rescue plumbers knows that Joe is awesome he deserves better. Happy New year Joe. Rescue plumbers resolution should be to treat you a whole lot better.

Joe was awesome! My mother needed a plumber because her new countertop installer highly suggested her to hire a plumber to reconnect everything once the counters were installed. He told me he had seen way too many people complain about leaks post countertop installation because they were improperly reconnecting everything without precision. So that's why I called Rescue Plumbers. These guys really are open 24hours...I called at 7am and a sweet and cheerful woman by the name of Michelle took my call & info. They could not give me an estimate over the phone but they do offer to drive out and spend their own gas money to come see what needs fixing for free even if you don't go with them. I am super grateful for people like them. Joe was super knowledgeable and explained everything that was still working, what was rusting and needed new parts, and what will be leaking soon. They told us when they would be here and were here on time

This company is fantastic. The plumber explained everything to me and was very professional and personable. He also told me about the first responders discount which I greatly appreciated. I bought the wrong part and he brought a part for my sink without charging me. I forgot the name of the part but it was the principle of him being thoughtful. I would recommend this company any day!

So I had this slow leak in front of my house right under the window and needed it found and fixed. It is a difficult area to reach due to the cement patio. The last plumber gave me a huge quote I think because they didn't want to do it. Joe from Rescue Plumbers came out and refused to let me get discouraged. He dug around some and gave me a great quote and stuck to it. He was pleasant and professional. Fixed my pressure regulator and shut off valve by installing a new set. Very nice. I'm happy.
