We too were rip off by ""Pumping 4 Less"" AKA ""Rescue Heroes"". They quoted us over the phone $350 to pump out our septic tank and $25 to dig up each lid. Wife ask them if they had the tools to vacuum out the leach line,. They said yes. When ""Rescue Heroes"" plumbing showed up ""aka Pumping 4 less"" they proceeded to dig up the lids and pumped out the septic tank and when I asked about the tool for the leach line. Bill said they don't have the tool they use acid. Bill said we needed to double up on the acid. Not knowing anything much about septics I said go ahead. They used 4 jugs of acid. The acid had no odor and as far as I know it could have been water. After everything was done. They tried to hit us with a $875 bill. $475 extra due to the 4 jugs of acid used. Needless to say, I did NOT pay the $875 and came to agreement on a lesser amount. We've lived in our home since 1994. And until now, we have never paid more than $500 with acid. Beware people...

Very bad customer service, extremely rude. Dont use these morons, apparently there hoses aren't long enough to reach the bottom of your tank. It'll back up again in a month. If I could give them zero stars I would. Cheated my elderly mother out of 500$, but after reading the review we got off pretty easy. They should not be in business.

We were also ripped off by these guys. They were supposed to install risers and then acid wash the tank. They put 2 risers in but didn't seal or attach them together. And then didn't put another one in therefore filling in 4 feet of dirt. After a few months the risers caved in. They initially verbally agreed to fix but never showed up and then wouldn't take my calls. Spent $1,600 to fix their mistakes. They also left funnel in tank that was used for the acid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I guess Should have read these reviews before calling them.
I was also scammed when they arrived. Was told what the amount would be on the phone and was then told it was going to be double that when they arrived and opened the lids (that I dug up for them). Definitely call someone else!

These pumpers are regulated by the health dept. send them you concerns is the only way to adjust their attitude.

I give this business 0 stars, but in order to post this I had to reluctantly give 1 star. They charged an exorbitant fee and then became rude when I questioned it. They have absolutely no customer service skills. Take my advice and call anyone else!

They were super cheap and showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would and im very halpy with the service provided. i would recommend them to others.

My mom's house has a double septic tank system. We switched tanks and there was a blockage. They were supposed to replace the cover (which had rotted) and remove the blockage. $1000 later, no cover was installed and the whole was left open. We called and they told us if we wanted them to come back it will be another $1000. They're scammers and left my 72 year old mother to fill in a whole in the ground.

About 18 months ago I had them up to pump my septic system, and acid treat the lines. Recently I had another company up to pump the tank again. Turns out pumping for less only pumped one side and the acid treatment wasn't necessary, there is a tree root plugging my leach line not sludge. They charged me $1200 for the pumping and acid. They cannot be trusted do not call them.
