I was skeptical when I called on a Sunday and got an appointment the next day. When Alan showed up I was expecting a ten minute sales pitch for an overpriced system. Instead Alan spent a couple hours with me patiently explaining my options with full transparency. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He took the time to inspect the entire house inside and out to measure the air flow and temperature in every room, even tested the windows. I was extremely impressed. The installation for my entire HVAC system was finished in one day without issues. Gerber and Melvin were fantastic! Again I was impressed. They also took the time to answer my questions and explain all the aspects of the new system. I also have to mention the contact and follow up from the main office. They texted me before and after Alan, Gerber and Melvin came to my house, with pictures of them. Unheard of. This made me feel even more comfortable answering the door. I could go on and on. One more thing, they were very careful not to leave a mess. Alan even wore shoe covers when he came in the house!! I would and have recommended Rescue Air to everyone I know. Ok. One more thing, I have already seen a big reduction in my electricity bill. There is more but I am running out of spa

The AC in my house decided to kick the can right when the texas summer heat started at the beginning of June so I found these guys searching around and gave them a call. They were able to get out to me the next day (thankfully it was a weekday) and the tech came out and said it was just low on coolant, recharged my system and I paid in cash and called it a day. The next 2 days later my AC was blowing hot air again. I called the company back and told them the situation and they said all of their techs are busy for the next 4 days. I thought it was very interesting when I was a first time customer with cash in hand they was able to come out the next day but when no money was gonna be exchanged they delayed me *eye roll* but they came back out 4 days later and told me I have a coolant leak, the guy patched it, and now my AC is just barely blowing cold. It was still hot in the house.

I ended up calling another AC service and they came, fixed it and everything is nice and chilly.

Our air conditioner unit was making a loud buzzing noise. I contacted Rescue Air Heating and Cooling and they were very responsive. I received a phone call from the service technician named Roman who was extremely professional and courteous. Upon arrival I showed him the issue which he thoroughly investigated and was able to quickly diagnose. He explain to me what the problem was and what solutions were available to resolve it and now I'm enjoying a cool comfortable home. Due to the company's clear communication before hand, timeliness, ability to clearly explain the Issue as well as solution options In an easy to understand the professional manner I recommend them.

This company is amazing from the quality of their work, caring about the customer, office and scheduling staff to the professional technicians I have experienced. Roman was outstanding today, taking care of our cooling problem quickly, efficiently and with great care. I just know I will have a great experience when I call them and I have full confidence in their integrity to be truthful and effective. Roman explained the process and gave me helpful tips on keeping the system operating the most efficient way. Their monthly service program is a great way to do regular maintenance and be worry-free with your system. I was always leery of HVAC companies until I hired Rescue Air and now I am a believer.

We have an old home with an old AC unit so we've had to use Rescue Air a couple of times. They are always our company of choice due to how professional they are. Today, Roman came to our rescue due to our AC not being able to keep up with the Texas heat. He was so friendly and professional. He was able to clearly explain what was wrong with our unit and gave options of what we might need to do in the future. It didn't take him long to fix our current issue and now I'm sitting in my living room and enjoying our working air conditioner! Before finding rescue air, we had called another large company who told us the only option was to replace the unit for a large price. We decided to get a second opinion and called rescue air and they were able to fix the problem without having to recommend a new unit. I love how honest and professional they are. I highly recommend this company!

One of the highest priced companies in the DFW area they charge $187 per pound of refrigerant which is over $100 more than most companies a simple coolant refill job cost me $600 they may be professional and reliable. But you will be paying lots and lots of money.
Going to report you for price gouging and to the BBB.

Rescue Air has been a lifesaver for me. Their customer service is excellent, they are reliable, and their technicians are all very knowledgeable and professional. One of my AC units needed some major repairs last summer, and I ended up paying for a Service Club membership because with all the discounts, I was going to pay the same amount either way. After needing some repairs to the other AC unit recently, I can confidently say the membership is an excellent investment that I will be continuing as long as I own a home. It really does end up paying for itself and saves money in the long run. I also highly recommend asking for Roman.
