We had a plumbing emergency where the main drain for the entire house was clogged. We were unable to flush any of the toilets, etc.

Rescue Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was able to fit us in the same day and solve the issue, at a reasonable price. They had high-tech camera equipment to run through the pipes under the house, to diagnose the areas that had issues and needed replacement (our house is 60+ years old and some of the pipes had disintegrated over that time).

So they were able to diagnose both the immediate problem and how to solve it long-term so it wouldn't happen again. I was very impressed with this company and in particular with the professionalism of the technician (Tyler H.)

Our A/C wasn't cooling properly, and my husband was coming home after a 9-week stay in the hospital. He had emergency open-heart surgery and needed 2 valves replaced. I have been so busy with his care and other "things". I called rescue air and Blake K. was scheduled to come to my home and fix this crisis for me. He was courteous, kind, efficient and based on what he knew about my situation, he really went out of his way to make my system run as though it was brand new. He let me know what pricing would be and explained everything in detail. There was no pressure or stress in this experience, and I am grateful for all Blake K.'s hard work! Hats off to Blake K. and Rescue Air! I thank Johnny and Janet as well! GREAT work Everything is cool now.

We have been on Rescue Air's service plan (highly recommend) for a few years now and have always received excellent service and that was the case once again today. Our a/c stopped blowing cold air overnight and I called in at 5:30 this morning to see if I could get an emergency appointment. I was put on the schedule and Roman arrived at 11AM. Roman went over our system throughly and was able to pinpoint the issue. He did point out that the system is too small for the square footage of the house but we had already been told that when we purchased the house. Since this was diagnosed as an intermittent issue, Roman went through our options from watching to see if it happens again to the cost to upgrade the system. There was no pressure to make a decision right away and Roman gave me his info and told me what to look for and to contact him right away if there was any issue. He was professional and respectful of our house to a fault and I felt well informed of my options when he left.

The plumber is not professional and not honest .

1) not honest
My case is a bathtub backed up issue, the service call is $129 , fixing the clog is $3xx, and he tried to sell me reposition the toilet for $4xx., total is $8xx. I have to call back to his management team and negotiate to take the $129 service down. Of course I rejected the toilet reposition, it's not necessary and charge ridiculously.

2) not professional
The issue happened again after 2 weeks. If it's been clear completely, the drain won't clog again in the short period of time.

3) I give credit to the receptionist, she correct the service call charge .

The technician was brilliant. In all of the service that I have had with various technicians regarding my AC over the years he was the best. I have recently learned from experience that the home warranty company I previously dealt with did the bare minimum in maintaining my system. The service that I received today was well worth me going outside of my home warranty service.

With any good Texas summer, comes the Texas heat. Heat that my HVAC system decided to stop fighting on Saturday. True to their word, the Rescue Air team were able to send someone out within 24 hours of my call and diagnose my problem.

The technician they sent, Roman, was very knowledgable and timely on finding a solution that got me out of the Texas heat and back into a cool house. Roman was great at communicating future needs of my HVAC unit, discussing what my options are, and expressing the ways the Rescue team would be able to assist in the future.

Rescue Air continues to send skilled, professional technicians to help with all my HVAC needs. I have been a club member with Rescue Air for over a year, and after todays visit I will continue doing business with them.

We have a service this last Tuesday by Blake because our ac went out. He provided the best and most professional service. It took some time but it was worth it. The AC is working perfectly. This guy is the best. I will always ask for him to help us when in need of AC repairs. He explained everything and reviewed everything twice. Best service

Our A/C went out overnight and we were beyond thrilled when we called Rescue Air at 8am and they were able to send someone out before lunch.

Roman was friendly, kind and professional and was quickly able to troubleshoot our problem

He showed me that our condenser was working but it was the fan motor that had stopped. We were able to get scheduled for the part to be repaired and will be corrected by hopefully this time tomorrow.

I was also sold a unit by Jordan 2 years ago. He had me so worried i was going to wake up in a pool of water I had to sign the line for an $18,000 unit. Ive had more issues with this unt than id like to remember. It now out of warranty and i had to put more freon in it. The people are nice tho. Especially when your buying a $20k unit.

I had a leak in kitchen and my other plumbing company wouldn't able come next 3 days . I called rescue and spoke to Rebecca, she was so sweet and understood my needs . She was asking her manager to see they could come out the same day . Yes , Matt Technician came out to my house the same day I called and checked everything where the leak was also he called his manager to make sure he done everything right .
I am a business woman so I really appreciated the way their employees were above and beyond taking a good care of their customers.
