When I first began with a membership with RESCUE AIR, the service was spot on. The same day service for AC during the summer was terrific. Our HVAC system is 7 years old. However every time we had the seasonal service done, the person began to upsell us expensive equipment. Basically they were changing the oil, but never the filter, if they'd have been doing service on my car. We had our fall inspection done, and were told that we had some rust in the furnace box due to moisture, but also needed to install a humidifier because we had excessive dryness.....OK?... Two days later the AC went out, again a tech came out to advise us the a control had fallen off the unit into the drip pan. Fixed it and left, two days later the control pan went out, to be told we needed to replace the entire furnace because it was so old....Google it, average life span on a furnace is 15-20 years. We call our Home warranty company, they sent out a tech, inspected the unit, who informed us the last tech had improperly installed an incorrect fuse, which caused the control panel to short out. We've had the unit inspected and all received a resounding all is good and the unit has approx another 15 years to it.

Great service from Rescue Air & Texas Green Plumbing! Brought them out to look over our 1950's cast iron pipes and discuss upgrades and they offered us a deal we couldn't refuse! Highly recommend having Tyler & Oscar come out on the front end. They worked with us with pricing, maintenance plans and worked with us on payment schedules so we didn't have to finance. They then completed EVERYTHING in 2 days! They removed and replace 90% of pipes, installed 2 new toilets and installed a new water heater. They were on time and reliable! Glad we found them.

Alan, Francisco and Saul were amazing!!! They were professional, kind and made sure that I was taken care of and that everything was to code! These guys are a godsend in a world where contractors are trying to price gauge you left and right. Honestly these guys deserve a raise for how amazing of a job they did. Definitely recommend them. I'm honestly going to use these guys for the rest of my life!

I had used this company, and was happy with their service a few years back. Two years ago, I had them install a new system. At the one-year check-up, the technician tried to sell me $4K worth of upgrades. I decided to cancel the membership then and their--but they charged me again.

A recent cold front revealed the tech who did my annual check-up did not wire my system correctly, so the heat will not come on. They told me there won't be a service charge if the *tech* determines it was their fault.

They have an "open scheduling" system, which means the CUSTOMER is on call for an appointment, no time is given. As someone who cannot leave work on short notice, this absolutely won't work for me.

I can't say enough good things about Blake C. from Rescue Air. When my "vintage" condo HVAC system stopped blowing warm air 3 days before the temperature was going to slide into the 30s, he identified the faulty part, ordered a new one, and came back 2 days later to install it. In addition to his expertise with the old system, he was friendly, kind, and my cat absolutely adored him. I have definitely found my forever HVAC guy!

Joe spent plenty of time with us, explaining our options and making recommendations for our new system and to maximize the performance of our old system.
He did come out within 24 hrs and we felt really good about trusting our big job to Rescue Air. Their employees are all very friendly (the Chic-Fil-A crew of A/C repair) and communicate clearly and openly.
We had 3 companies come out to give us estimates/evaluations and we landed on Rescue Air. Our new system works like a charm and we have a lot of confidence that it will last us many years, with a great warranty and professional team to back it up.

I have had an incredibly positive experience with ResxueAir. They installed two new units, serviced my old units, and cleaned our vents. The people who have come to my house, have been extremely friendly, professional, and are clear, subject matter experts I would recommend them for service and for installations.

I have tried their plumbing business which was acquired, and I did not have as good an experience with that part of their business. They were very professional and courteous, but really struggled to address our problems.

I spoke to a nice lady named Edie on the phone. She scheduled me for service the next day. The only problem is she never scheduled it! I called back to confirm and they had no idea about the service being scheduled. I'm not sure what happened. The repair needed to be done urgently. So I wasted time thinking I had an appointment when I did not.
