Some businesses are money oriented. Rescue 1 Plumbing is a perfect example. I called about a problem with a clogged line and the technician started out by telling me all the costs for what he intended to do. The estimate was over $1400.00 to unclog a line and replace a toilet. I paid for the service call and ended up calling someone else (Reputable local business, also on yelp) and had the same repair/replacement done in 1:45, for $530.00!! Beware of their money hungry charges

Our shower handle broke on a Sunday evening and we couldn't get the shower to turn off. We had to shut off the water to the entire house. I called all around first thing Monday morning and no plumber could come over that day. Some were a week or more out. Rescue 1 was able to schedule Ben to come out between 2 and 4, same day. He actually was able to come an hour early. He called and I headed home from work (a 9 minute drive). My friend let him in the house and he was completely done by the time I got home. What a pleasure to have something go smoothly. I will always use them!!

His crew came out on scheduled time and replaced roof mounted unit.
They hired a crane (included in quote) to lift new unit onto two story house with steep pitch roof.
Job went smoothly. No surprises.

was able to schedule in a visit to look at my swamp cooler same day and in no time. service technician knew what he was doing, was very polite, and was finished in no time. 24 hour emergency service also was available for an additional charge, but if needed, i would say the charge would be worth it. definitely i would recommend.

Thanks to Rescue 1 Plumbing, I now have a new main water line going to my house in Grand Junction. Chad and his team, did a great job at a really fair price. And with excellent customer service, thru the entire process they were able to get the job done even without me being home. Even the after hours dispatch person followed up within minutes of my call, to make sure my initial leak was not an emergency. Then withing a couple days of me calling them, they had they were able to start and finish the job.... two thumbs up.

Really wonderful company ran by wonderful people. Chad did some work for some elderly patients I was working with. Same day service with a smile. Got the heat going with no issues, I will be using them for my own heating cooling and plumbing issues in the future and will be referring them to all of my friends and family. Rescue 1 Plumbing had me at answering their phone at 9 O 'Clock on a Friday night. Chad exhibited professional courtesy both over the phone and in person. The prices were reasonable and I have no complaints. We will be using this company again and I would recommend to anyone.

We had used them before and found Chad to be a very nice guy, thought he was honest and would not rip us off, we told others that we were pleased with his service, We were wrong, our furnace went out a year ago, he came out and fixed it, Ir went out again in Jan 2017, called
him and he didn't return our call, husband found the problem and fixed it, a dirty sensor, Then it went out again sat night and we called about 8 pm, a young man come out, he had no tools, no multi meter to check wires, just kept jiggling it, It came back on but, he said it was the gas valve and no one in town had one that late at night, Monday came and we didn't hear from them, called and were told we had to have a new valve and they could get it in two days, We had already paid him $130..00 to check it and find out what was wrong. We were told it would cost us $343.00 to get and install new gas valve. We had checked on the part and it was $110.00, plus shipping at about $135.00. We called and asked why we were being charged so much and asked how much the part was, they didn't know?? Say what?? So we called and talked to someone else who will get the part, charge us $80.00 to install it, So we were being ripped off by $127.00. They are not rated by the BBB, Oh and they advertise they are a 24 hour emergency service, no I think not. Beware, won't ever use or refer anyone to them again, in fact we will warn against using them.
