I'm inclined to explain everything that happened, but it has caused me so much aggravation already, I'm going to keep this review short. Don't use them, simply because April has no idea how to treat customers and threatened to send me to collections (via text) for work that was done 8 days ago because she was angry that I questioned the charges (but never implied that I wouldn't pay). I received my first invoice today, after pestering them for a week to get it to me as I needed it for a real estate deal.

Jeff was nice and the work seems to be good. I truly believe the plumbers are high quality, but it's not worth frustration to try and pay your bill and then be threatened by someone with no customer service skills. I ended up sending them a check certified mail since there is a 4% charge on credit cards. Keep that in mind if you have a big job.

Awesome 5 Star Experience!! I had a plumbing issue that caused me to shut off the water to the entire house at 5 PM. ResComm picked up the phone and had me fixed before 7:00 PM. Fantastic job. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had ResComm Plumbing come out to a customers home and install a Trutankless water heater. I will definitely recommend BJ and his great work again in the near future. The office mgr April was very helpful in getting me an appointment for my client and communicating with both my electrician and client for this project.

Called ResComm to help me make a decision on a toilet flange issue. I had a leaking toilet and knew going in that there may be a flange issue, but hopefully just a seal. Given the age of the home and the condition of the leak, I was planning on demoing and then remodeling the bath, based on the findings. note: was ready, but did not want to at this time. BJ examined the situation, found the flange intact and we made the decision to reseal it with new wax ring and tackle this project another day. He was in and out quick, cleaned up after himself and can't beat the price- or the advice! If you are in need- BJ can help. Thanks BJ and ResComm plumbing!
