So I'd like to score more because the job is done. However there are a few things that prevent it

1. They were supposed to come spec out the project on a Friday or Saturday . Never showed either day. No phone call. When we called on Monday the explanation was "" oh Nick got slammed""

2. And this is a biggie: no job estimate
No bill. Cash payment and no receipt
This means to me that if there's a problem, there's no proof of them having done the work.

Don't think I can feel confident using them again.

Rescomm PHC came to my residence in the beginning of the summer to install a brand new air conditioning unit. Not only was their service technicians courteous and professional, they did amazing work! Working with the girls in the office made everything such a breeze. I am now enjoying cool a/c with my dogs and family! I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family!!!

These people are horrible they did nothing write by our company in fact they lied and said that they fixed our heat when they just made it worst don't recommend

This company is not reliable or trustworthy and I would not recommend them. I hired them to come to my home on Long Island to fix the heating in my home. They claimed to have great expertise and came out several times, finally claiming that the problem was fixed. They charged me hundreds of dollars for the work. In fact, they never fixed the problem and the problem was the same one day later. When i called to complain, they refused to fix it without charging me hundreds of additional dollars to come back to do what they should have done in the first place. They also charged my credit card more than $500 without authorization. When I called to complain they twice hung up on me. I would strongly urge that you not use Rescomm for anything whatsoever.
