Overall the quality of the actual repipe and drywall work was OK. However the management is not responsive to my request for an invoice or their purported warranty. I have had absolutely no paperwork from the company. I was asked to pay in full by the installers, which I did, but no receipt or invoice. I later contacted the office to request and invoice but now after several weeks, no contact or paper work.
Other small issues: After the workers departed the first day (only four hours on site) as I went to my master bath, I discovered the toilette full of unflushed feces and toilette paper obviously left by one of the workers. After the job was complete, I noticed a shower handle button in the basement was missing. I assumed it must have been broken and not replaced by the workers so I went to the hardware store and picked up and installed the button, only a four dollar item.
Not pleased with the over all job, mainly the business management.

RSI has their repipe operation highly tuned for efficiency, from initial quote to job completion. They are easier to work with, less expensive and do better work than other plumbing companies. They do both the repipe and the drywall cuts/repair as a single job.

We had our house repiped due to pipe deterioration and a couple of leaks with the original polybutene pipe. It was far easier to get a quote from RSI than from other plumbing companies. Jamey patiently walked me through the details.

Milo and his crew completed the repipe itself in one day, meaning the water was turned off only for that day. Additional days were required for the inspection and drywall work. They were amazingly efficient in their drywall cuts with only small cuts primarily in non-living spaces (e.g the laundry room). The crew was professional, courteous, efficient, and in/out within a few days. The inspector was quite familiar with RSI and very complementary of Milo's work. I was impressed.

They replumbed our home, and wasn't real happy the way they left our home after they were finished. Sloppy clean up, and I had to do a lot of extra painting to bring it back to the way it was. Texturing in dining ceiling does not match, and was not blended in!

My condo complex was built with sub-standard pipes years ago and several of the units have sustained major, pricey damage from leaks, breakage, and flooding. The RSI crew works carefully and professionally to replace the faulty materials with up-to-date supplies. They are careful to protect your personal items during the process and clean the unavoidable mess as they go. They are courteous and always available to answer questions and explain their process. I highly recommend RSI to anyone needing this type of service.

If possible, I would give Jamey Fine and his company 100 stars !! He and his crew are beyond EXCELLENT. I've hired many plumbers before finding RSI, but RSI has more than exceeded even the best plumbers I've had in the past as well as all my many expectations. Their prices, quality of work, knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, patience, promptness, team work and their amazing ability to deal with multiple challenging personalities while performing a complete re-plumbing job on both mine and the adjoining condo has turned a VERY stressful situation into a PLEASURE. I thank God for this honest and very hard working crew. I HIGHLY recommend them (and I rarely write reviews, unless the service goes way above and beyond as with RSI).
