Had to write an update about this amazing company. We utilized Care Plumbing over 4 years ago to install PEX Piping and replaced all of our drains. At the same time, they installed a circulation pump. They recommended we get a new water heater, but we decided to wait until the water heater gave out. Well it finally did last Wednesday night at 8:30 p.m. We called Care Plumbing and Mike took our call. Even with it being so late, he graciously facetimed us through the process of disconnecting our pump and water heater. He also walked us through the process of installing the new water heater and reconnecting the circulation pump. There are not many people in the world that take the time out of their busy lives to HELP each another...especially so late at night. He is a wonderful person who generously assisted us during our time of need and at no cost. Wow what an awesome person!! I have no doubt that he would do the same for anyone else that calls him. We absolutely need more people like Mike in our world. Thank you Mike for being you. We will never go anywhere else for our plumbing needs. I am sending a thank you card/gift cards to show my appreciation. Also, over the next couple months, I will be calling again for assistance with our office reconstruction job. Thank you Care Plumbing and thank you Mike!!!

These guys are really good. Everything is a process that works. There pricing is clear to understand and competitive. They re piped my entire house with copper.
Wasn't perfect. First day they only sent two guys who worked til 8 pm. Second day they brought five guys and finished by 8 pm. Inspector came next day and following day one guy came and did good job patching Sheetrock
They left s clip unfastened under the kitchen sink that caused a small leak. Fortunately I had someone here who fixed in 5 minutes. Then rear sprinkler system did not have proper pressure. Called them and they sent tech out who cleaned dirt out of heads
They cleaned up every day and the office was great to communicate with. Augustine(the on site lead) was a great communicator who explained everything they were doing

Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat

We had Care Plumbing do a total Repiping Project in our home in Rancho Santa Margarita CA.
We had quotes for 3 Epoxy & 3 PEX solutions, Care Plumbing was the Best Value of the 6 quotes.
They were also part of a Co-op called Thrive community!
They also were the only company that included the permits and city inspection costs in their proposal.
They had three crews & each crew protected our home and floors as if it was their homes.
They completed the repiping in one day & had it inspected the next day!
They patched the outside and had it inspected .
The inside crew patched 70 plus holes, textured to match the existing both the walls ( orange peel) and ceiling (knockdown) !! You could not detect the old from the new patching . EXCELLENT JOB BY ALL CREWS !!
I would recommend them for your repiping project !

The service, workmanship and professionalism were amazing. Every person in the company kept there word and worked with me to get the job done around our schedule. Angel even walked me through paper work at 9:00pm on a Friday night. I would rehire them again but know that I won't have to after a great job

Steve Lovell did our re-pipe job and I can't express how grateful we are for his work. He and his crew worked hard to make everything perfect. Steve communicated well, and did what he said he would do. Our house is complicated on 3 levels, but they did a great job. I wish other contractors were as honest and meticulous with their work. After years of plumbing problems, it is a pleasure to have everything working well! Steve communicates well and really, truly cares. I highly recommend him.

I called Care Plumbing for a complete repipe job on 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath multi-level estate. I was assigned an estimator which may have been an owner, named Mike the following morning at 8:30 am. After an inspection lasting more than an hour covering everything and my specific concerns relating to what sounded like dripping water to me, turned out to be only pipe knocking which in turn didn't require an immediate repipe job whatsoever. I'm always beyond impressed when the top sales guy looks at what could have been a MAJOR $$ job and says ""I don't think you need me right now."" The honesty of Mike was both refreshing and outstanding. I'd trust these guys to do what really needs to be done and feel like he truly had my best interests at heart in his approach to the job. I wrote this review because he spent the time with me to address my concerns after a review of the problem, didn't attempt to bill me for a service call, and said call me when you need me. You can bet they'll be first on my list. Thanks, Mike and Care Plumbing for being a straight shooter and super professional. I'm sure this attitude comes from the top of the organization down. You've now got a new customer who hasn't paid you a dime yet. That's the best way to earn future business.

As an update to my earlier review, I actually do love these guys and even recommended them to repipe my bosses house (talk about a show of faith) while we were still working out the final issues with the permitting process.

I truly wish everything had gone smoother on the inspectiodministrative side because I could not recommend these guys more highly for the quality of their work. For the actual work, patching, cleanliness, attention to detail, etc...they deserve 10 stars and I will not hesitate to recommend them to people in the future but I think it is important consumers to have this background information so they are aware and know what to look out for. Unfortunately, because of that I cannot give them the 5 starts they would otherwise deserve but even with everything from my original review, they are a solid 4 star for everything else we experienced throughout the process. It may have just been a busy/long day, series of unfortunate events, etc. so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that ours was a unique situation on the administrative end and I will say...if you hire Care Plumbing you will not be disappointed.

If 10 stars were an option I'd definitely award Care Plumbing 10 stars. This company was a pleasure to do business with start to finish.

Slab leak at my elderly mother's home. Damaged new flooring less than 6 months old. I've had 3 slab leaks at my own home. Repiping was the only way to go.

Sean was my estimator. He was a straight shooter. Their bid was a few thousand less than others and it INCLUDED patching the drywall and stucco.

The patching team, George and Art, are absolutely the best! Couldn't be happier with the job.

Care Plumbing is excellent! You don't need to look any further. I couldn't be happier. They are professional, diligent, communicative, timely and organized in every phase of the project from the quote to final inspection.
The repipe crew was incredible doing my 2 story house in one day without any intrusion to tile in bathrooms or flooring. They were followed by the inspector, patching crew and final inspection all completed in less than a week. The office staff is exceptional--timely scheduling and continuous updates communicating professionally every step of the way. Mike and his team are to be commended. I highly recommend them without hesitation for your repiping needs!

We got a repipe done to put one foot ahead of some copper piping slab issues we ran into, and Care Plumbing was the cheapest and the most comprehensive solution that we found. Other companies could do the pex repipe, but wouldn't touch the drywall, and charged at least a few thousand more!

We couldn't be more satisfied with the services they provided.
