About two years ago this company performed a re-pipe of my home. They came 1st to go over my options, the estimate took about an hour which was quite extensive. My pipes were in bad shape super old so it had to be done! We went with Pex Pipes vs. Copper. The work was done neatly and quickly! Thus far i have been happy with the outcome.
Only negative thing i have to say is that there was a leak that I heard by the shower so I had to call for them to come back out ( free with warranty) and go into the wall to remedy the issue. Made me wonder if there may be other leaks throughout the house that I can't hear ....paranoid.

Two standout moments I had with Care Plumbing recently: When I told John, the owner, that I wanted to inspect my home's cast-iron pipes with my own eyes, he brought me a brand-new protective suit and put on his own as we crawled on our bellies in the dirt and darkness under the house for a good 40 minutes. Days later, when the clean water and drain pipes were done, he personally cleaned and adjusted the water flow of our shower head and kitchen faucet, going the extra mile without complaint. When the owner truly cares about his customers, the whole team follows.

The re-plumbing work was done in one day and they came back to patch everything after the inspector approved the work on 8/17/17. Problem is that I noticed two days after they were done with the work that my sprinkler line was broken. I sent an email to them on 8/19/17 and followed up with another email on 8/24/17 and finally got a call back on 8/31/17 telling me that they were waiting for the owner to get back to the office. On 9/1/17 I got a call from the owner and he was rude and stated that there was going to be a service charge for them to take a look at the sprinkler line and that the sprinkler line could of been broken prior to them doing their work.

They finally showed up on 9/6/17 and stated that they did not touch the sprinkler line and that the increased water pressure from the new main might of damaged the line. My gardener showed up on 9/8/17 and stated that the line was clearly broken by a shovel and not by the increased water pressure. On 9/11/17 I received an invoice for $85 for them to look at the sprinkler line. Bad customer service.

So this review is about 18 months late but better than never.

Quite simply Care Plumbing made a slab leak an subsequent repipe about as painless as possible. I got my third slab leak in 2 years and decided it was time to take care of the issue once and for all. Of 3 quotes Care plumbing was right in the middle but they had the best combination of warranty/price/schedule.

About a week after the quote care plumbing started a 3 day repipe job (6BR 4 Bath 2 Kitchen Duplex) which passed inspection first time and was done very professionally with great respect to both my and my tenants time.

Thanks so much to the owners and the install team for making a bad situation bearable.

Selected Care Plumbing for house repipe and recirculator. Wife liked Mike so we went with Care even though they submitted the most expensive bid. They did most of the promised work but it took a call to get them to finish incomplete work. They did not install new washing machine lines as promised, they did not insulate all hot water lines. To install the recirculator they cut a hole in the water heater door instead of just moving the water heater a little bit to make room. The water heater door will not open or shut after their work and they have been unresponsive to multiple request to come back and fix. So much for their lifetime guarantee. To get new pipes into crawl space they bent back vent instead of removing and replacing. So we are left with an unsightly damaged vent in a very visible location. All in all I wish we went with the other guy.

Care Plumbing did an amazing job at our house. We worked with Mike who repiped most of our house. He was always very prompt and responded to our texts and phone messages very quickly. His crew did an excellent job, and they were very good about cleaning up everyday when they were done. Mike even did extra tasks for us at no extra charge. Their price for doing all the work was less than our other bids. I highly recommend Care Plumbing for all your large plumbing projects!!!

I got good recommendation from my friend who recently used Care Plumbing. That is why I didn't even try to get a second estimate. They did a great job in explaining all options to me and what to expect, in scheduling the project, and mostly importantly in installing the new PEX pipes on schedule (2 days on my 3 bathroom house). I particularly want to mention the people in the office. They are warm, patient, very responsive and very helpful in arranging the city inspector. The company also has unconditional lifetime warranty at no cost to the clients that includes parts, labor and consequential collateral damages. The only thing they could have done better is the patch-up job. The team could have been more careful about the finishing spray. That is why they got one star deducted. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for re-piping.
