I have been shopping for whole house copper repiping since January. I contacted Care Plumbing because I was impressed with their ad. I received a quote, exactly as advertised, from Joe, an extremely professional, competent and knowledgeable gentleman and hired Care Plumbing This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. A copper repiping job was completed in my house yesterday. It was completed in 2 days by Augustine and his crew. Augustine was incredibly efficient, knew what he was doing, and cleaned up as he went along. The repiping went so smoothly that I wasn't inconvenienced. When I had a question about the size of the copper pipes, Tania, a very efficient, friendly and helpful office manager told me one of the owners would be at my house the following morning. John arrived very promptly and completely explained that copper works with a smaller diameter than the old galvanized pipes. He was so easy to work with and such a nice gentleman. After the work was completed yesterday, Tania called to tell me the plasterers would be here this morning. What wonderful and unexpected news! I wasn't going to be looking at holes for a few days as I had expected. The plastereds finished their work in a few hours. Everything looks great, even matching my outside wall stucco. Excellent job, as all the rest of the work.

Care Plumbing did a whole house repipe in 2016. I had some difficult problems in certain areas. All the other companies that gave me estimates told me I would have to break through a wall to get to the bathroom shower pipes and they couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't destroy the wood paneling on the wall. Care came up with a brilliant solution. When the building inspector came he commented on how professional the work was done. Where they had to cut into drywall, their patching job was first rate. Their people are all first rate and know what they are doing.

It is now 2018 and I had a leak in one of the bathroom tub faucets. I called Care and since they give a lifetime guarantee they sent a tech out to fix it within a couple of days. No problems; no negotiations. The lifetime guarantee really works.

We had a foundation slab leak in the beginning of February that went undetected for about a week. After many phone calls to plumbers, leak detection companies- we decided to repipe our home so we wouldn't have to deal with pinhole leaks for a looong time. We obtained 5 bids, and out of the 5- Care Plumbing was the most thorough, and personable. They were able to book us towards the end of the week and we had running water hot water after the first day. It took about 2 days for the dry wallers to finish, and they did a fabulous thorough job as well. There is no reason to go anywhere else. I got three estimate's for replacing my main drain. They had the lowest quote, which sometimes is not the best way to go. This job had a paver stone walkway that was going to need to be partially taken apart. They had the lowest quote, gave me a scheduled and met it, and did a very professional job from the plumbing to the walkway. Their communication from the job and their office is unbeatable. I was stressing out after the galvanized hot water pipe broke under the slab. I had a leak detector and various plumbers come out and spent a lot of money just to dig up my laundry room and basically put a band-aid on the pipe. My water bill tripled and I was in a panic. I got several quotes ranging from $6500 to $16,000 to re-pipe my home. One company told me ""if anyone says they can re-pipe your home for less than $9,000 ... run!"" This was the company that wanted to charge $16k. But I was lucky....I FOUND CARE PLUMBING! An honest company who have done an impeccable job and given me back my peace-of-mind. I have beautiful new PEX piping throughout my home and perfectly patched walls. My water is running smoothly and quietly and cleanly and the stress is gone. The city inspector came out twice - once to inspect the re-pipe and he told me ""they have done an excellent job"" and then again to inspect the re-patch. Everyone, including Joe Luca the Manager, Zara the office manager (who handles all the appointments wonderfully), and the owner John were the best. The guys who came out and did the re-pipe and then the patching were polite, efficient and experts at their work. Plus once everything was done - I received an unconditional Lifetime Warranty for workmanship and materials for the life of my property! If you need a re-pipe, these are the folks to call! They came in just below the other 2 estimates I received, however, the sales guy was helpful and explained all that would be done and all that needed to be done and then gave an estimate right on the spot. They said they can start right away and they did the following Monday and were done and complete with all drywall and stucco patch work with in a week! The crews were very clean and tidy and cleaned up like they were never there! Fast, professional, friendly and reasonable with the price! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know! About two years ago this company performed a re-pipe of my home. They came 1st to go over my options, the estimate took about an hour which was quite extensive. My pipes were in bad shape super old so it had to be done! We went with Pex Pipes vs. Copper. The work was done neatly and quickly! Thus far i have been happy with the outcome.
Only negative thing i have to say is that there was a leak that I heard by the shower so I had to call for them to come back out ( free with warranty) and go into the wall to remedy the issue. Made me wonder if there may be other leaks throughout the house that I can't hear ....paranoid.
