Care Plumbing earned my 5 stars for re-piping my house with copper. A crew of 5 young men arrived and my first thoughts were, ""oh! no! Is this a contracted group where they will slam, bam thank you mam and leave?"" But under the leadership of Armen, these hardworking guys proved me wrong and earned my trust & respect, as they tirelessly completed the job in one day. Every plumbing detail & practice Mike described could be seen when completed and the plasterers did an excellent job refinishing the walls and stucco, to its original condition. I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend them. Having a contractors license, being bonded, carrying liability insurance and a guaranteed life time warranty was a no brain er in selecting Care Plumbing.

Five stars for Mike, I would have liked to only give the company 4 stars but Mike made the few hiccups that went wrong all better. I have already made a recommendation to a good friend and will continue to refer Mike and Care Plumbing Inc. I thought the flyer on my door was to good to be true and other plumbers told me it was most likely a lie. It was not, I didn't pay any where near what the flyer said but thats because I was convinced to do several upgrades(they needed to be done so its okay) at the end of the day it was still a GREAT deal. Thanks Mike! PS your truck is bad ass!!

As soon as we had a meeting w/ Mike&John about repiping we knew they were the ones getting the job.We had everything explained in detail and decided to go with cooper .Their team were done in 1 day which is important since we have a total of 7 of us ,4 kids a very elder grandpa . One day complete repipe and the next day patching up to match the original wall . The team were super respectful and clean and did the best nothing less. I'm so happy we went with them.

We found water in 3 of our closets and a plumber found a leak in one of our copper water pipes behind the drywall in the closet where our water heater used to be. I didn't want to just reroute the pipe just to address another future leak. I decided to repipe the entire house. My wife's aunt had a copper repipe done and they were satisfied with their work, saying that they completed the job in 1.5 days. I researched CARE on yelp and the reviews confirmed their service so I called them for an estimate.

John walked me through and told me everything that had to be done, then he showed me samples of each part he would install, explaining why he used each company for each part. He gave us copies of a very detailed quote, his license, workers comp, liability insurance, references, license bond, and an unconditional lifetime warranty on ""all materials and workmanship"" which is fully transferrable if you sell your property. He was very professional and respectful. I decided to go with PEX.

As promised, the piping of the entire house was finished in 1 day and the next day, the patching team patched up the drywall by 2 pm. During the drywall restoration, my wife, who was taking care of our baby, told me that the contractors were so considerate that they asked if they were being too loud. They did not want to wake our baby so they spoke quietly and tried their best to accommodate the needs of our child. If you do a copper or PEX repipe, definitely give John or Mike Ovsepyan a call.

During the quote I asked if they could also fix my drain stopper but the crew did not get to it. I asked if John could fix it and his brother, Mike, personally came out on a Saturday, looked at it, went to Home Depot, bought all the materials, and fixed it with a new drain and drain screen. And he did not charge me for the labor or even the parts! These guys honor their word.

Mike and John from Care Plumbing are excellent! After getting quotes from multiple re-pipe specialists we were very happy to select Care Plumbing. Mike and John went out of their way to accommodate our needs and requests. I particularly like that their work is guaranteed. Not mention their pricing is fair and they do not try to upsell you on unnecessary things. They completed our copper repipe, replaced drains, added a water line for our fridge, raised our shower heads, as well as moved our water heater all in a very timely and professional manner.

This past week they also snaked and used a diagnostic camera for our sewer line which needed to be replaced. We were so happy with their work last year that it was a no brainer to higher them again. I would recommend them to everyone!

Mike and John at Care Plumbing did an excellent job on our home's total repipe project. Not only did they repipe the incoming water line, the house pipes, the drainage pipes, the sewer line, and replace the water heater, but they also made every effort to address the numerous none standard related water issues found in our 60 plus year old house.

Out of the ten companies I solicited for quotes, I chose Care Plumbing not only because of the great price, but because of their exhaustively thorough, most comprehensive and attentive quote. Mike's quote process was educational and he had physical displays of the products of his craft. Additionally, he came back in person to review the details of the entire project with me again before I made the final decision.

For our home, the water supply pipe was retrenched using industry standard copper pipes to replace what was previously discovered as improper PVC pipes. At this point, John and Mike made every effort to repair and replace the connections to the irrigation system that were previously connected to the water supply line incorrectly and in a position prior to the house's main valve. Now the irrigation line can actually be turned off. Not an easy task considering many of those connections were buried underground.

Repiping our house was not a straight forward job as many of the appliances, fittings, faucets and architecture were not standard. The Care Plumbing team had to customize fittings, custom weld a faucet stem, replace/reinforce toilet base and flange, and chip away for pipes previously embedded into cement. Their tireless effort for completeness was definitely above and beyond. Their repipe job left none of the previous galvanized piping in our house and was more thorough than I had expected.

The sewer line job was an even larger headache and Mike, John, and Care Plumbing team continued daily to tackle the trenching and installation of pipe. The trenching was difficult and they worked hard almost 2 hours after the sun had set. They used all the work and flashlights that they could to get the job done. At the end they had completed the 12 foot deep hole to complete the sewer connection. This was just another reflection of their tireless efforts.

I am very pleased that I made the right choice by going with Mike, John and the Care Plumbing team. Their work ethic, customer care, and workmanship are truly one of the best.

Care Plumbing just finished re-piping the add-on bathroom in our older home and tied it into the rest of the house, replaced the water main that is nearly 400 feet, and the old PVC main gas line from the meter. We are very pleased with their workmanship. Their price was reasonable, they were very knowledgeable, they were very reliable, they did a great job patching the interior walls, they were easy to work with, all work passed the city inspection, and they did a great job filling in the trenches too. Oh.. to follow up a couple of days later, I realized that the improvement they did for raising our shower head by 6"" was so awesome that I forgot it for the other two showers. Mike offered to come back after to help me resolve the issue.

If you have poor water pressure in the showers before.. OMG, you will love it after the re-pipe.. its so good my two teenagers wont come out of the shower anymore...
