They were very transparent from the beginning about the process and mentioned pulling permits before I could ask about it. That immediately settled any apprehension that I may have had. The office scheduled all of the inspections and notified me that they were scheduled as well as the date and time window.
They showed up with a crew of six and laid down protective clothes over the floors and sheeted over other areas where they were knocking out walls and such. They started at approximately 8am and left, with everything installed and cleaned up, by 2:55 pm. I had to wait a few days for the patching to be done, but that was due to it being Thanksgiving week. The patching that was done was excellent.
The only drawback or recommendation that I would make, is to have the guys put the dirt from the trench that they dug on drop clothes or plywood next to the trench. That way all of the dug-up dirt would be easily returned back to where it came from. Other than that...great job!

I had a leak in the wall between the kitchen and bathroom for a very long time ....paint was bubbling and peeling along two walls. I didn't know who to call so I asked some of my friend homeowners, one recommended Care Plumbing ....I called got an estimate and started the work soon after. They did an amazing through job ....did extra stuff like replace the faucet on my laundry tub ....ran an outside water line through the attic ......gave me a brand new shut off valve, and new fixtures in the tub (previously I had a broken spout pipe) ..... I also had a brand new water heater installed outside (it was in the hall closet previously) it has a water shut off, gas shut off, and all required code upgrades ..... and all of this for 6000 dollars. It took 2 days and I was never without water ..... the patchers did a wonderful patch job ..... I wasn't asked about painting but I can do that myself ..... I am completely satisfied with the work, the communication, the price, and the speed of the job ....I highly recommend

Glad we went to them and they did an excellent job. They are very honest and work very fast. They cover, protect use plastic to protect everything. Very short time they finished!!!

I was suspicious that I had a water leak because the floors were definitely warmer in areas. I had two other plumbing companies come out and check, but they couldn't find anything and the meter didn't move. They still thought I should replumb the house. One wanted $11,000 and the other wanted $7,355, but couldn't give me an appointment for about two weeks out. A few days later I felt dampness in the hall, so I called Care Plumbing, whom my brother had used and also his friend had used. They were all booked up on that day for a person to come by, but they said they could do it virtually if I had an iPhone, which I did.
He was very thorough and walked me through everything they would do and also told me what I needed to do for the plumbers. I went with Care Plumbers because their price was less than the others and they were able to come the next morning. Plus, it turned out that they did less damage to the walls than what the other companies had planned to do.
Five plumbers came out, laid tarps and hung plastic, and then went to work. They did a fantastic job and were finished by 3:00
The next day the dry wall workers came and did an expert job on closing up the holes. It was so well done that I had a hard time seeing where I should paint over it.
All in all, I was very pleased with their professionalism and promptnes. That includes all their staff.

We couldn't be happier with the team at Care Plumbing. They had a team of 8 come in one day in the morning and were done by late afternoon! They were professional and got the job done surprisingly fast. They came back to patch and again, worked swiftly and were kind all the while. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Care Plumbing quoted a vey reasonable quote, was the lowest of the three I got. However, I later learned this was a huge bait and switch - as the estimator left out some crucial steps needed and when the workers came to our property to complete the work, the refused to do the un-estimated work unless we paid them right then. We argued and were refused any kind of discount etc.

Secondly, the timeline quoted for patch work was incorrect, and our entire project/move was delayed due to this company's inability to properly coordinate and deliver. Again, they refused to work with us and offered nothing to us but an apology. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Pay the higher price. You definitely get what you pay for with this company.

After dealing with a few consecutive leaks at our home, we decided it was time to do a full repiping. As someone who hires construction and maintenance service providers for a living, I took the time and effort to compare and evaluate multiple repiping companies. After a thorough walkthrough and diligent review of each of the proposals I received, Care Plumbing stood out as the obvious choice. Not only was their pricing the most competitive, but their deep expertise in repiping and strong commitment to excellent customer service really stood out amongst the rest.

Throughout the course of the job, the entire staff really impressed me with their ongoing communication and the quality of their work. Carlos, our estimator, followed up with me regularly to ensure I was satisfied with the job and to offer his assistance with a spontaneous leak, as the company also offers restoration services. Karla and Zara both did a wonderful job of coordinating the payments, as well as the city inspections and permits. Additionally, the repiping crew, painter, and literally everyone on the job was reliable, kind, pleasant to work with, and meticulous in ensuring the work was performed to code. Everyone on their team really exhibited a strong sense of accountability and understanding that time was of the essence, especially given we did not want our house to be under construction for very long. They were very accommodating, reasonable, and realistic. I can't say enough great things about their overall workmanship! Most impressively, the owner Mike personally called me a few times himself throughout the course of the job, which truly shows how much they care.

In sum, Care Plumbing truly lives up to their name, as they genuinely care about their customers, which I felt throughout my entire time working with them. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a repiping company because their prices are extremely fair and their work is outstanding!

I totally loved Mike and the Team at Care. All were clean. Professional. On time and kind. Their price was the best. Fair and worth it. It was sad and scary the way others approached the quote. Four other companies made it seem as if they were doing us a favor and were asking ridiculous amounts. Care was awesome and I would go to them for anything if this was any indication of their work.
