Awesome company . Highly Recommend! All professionals from start to finish. We did full entire re-pipe with PEX A pipes . The team arrived early and staged the area with lots of plastic so don't worry about any mess and the team cleans up the debris m. Piping took a day and half and then the permit - city inspector comes here to inspect and then the dry wall gets scheduled the team for drywall equally awesome , professional, clean-- lots of plastic to protect from any home damage . Impressive !
Now for the office and administer staff : excellent , responsive, professional and so courteous . We had other plumbing done too and the guys are well knowledgeable . This company is totally legit with getting permits , the warranty and inspection.
You can't find any better than this so don't try ! LoL

Veronica -- wow just like ""Donna"" in the tv series on Suits! So helpful, knowledgeable , pleasant to receive my texts or calls . Also Jenny and Sheila .
Repipe team: Enrique, Ron, Ramon, Ricky, Robert, Ricardo , Alberto ( did the tub faucets without a mess), and others.
Drywall: Freddy jr. And I didn't get the other names but very professional and every employee knew there job well and did not mess up the walls or home. Remarkable ! Definitely recommend this company!

STAY AWAY! Company uses confusing form contract their own employees don't know how to fill out correctly. I'll save you some pain. 1. The company owner is named Danny, for when you request your deposit refund for crap work. 2. Expect them to come back twice to fix their bad work. 3. The refund check will BOUNCE, go to cash it instead at their bank - not yours. 4. Warn others to stay away from this place!

One of repipe1's plumbers, Alberto Vasquez, recently came out to look into a possible problem with my repipe job. He was great, courteous and helpful. He explained all our options and helped us quickly decide the source of the water was unlikely to be the repipe Job. He could have torn up a wall to decide that, but he save us all that time and difficulty with some good diagnostic work. Thanks Alberto.

This company has really set the bar for disappointment. Not only are the staff rude and unprofessional they treated us with zero respect. I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. I came to find out we are not the first family to be ignored with our concerns. DO NOT GO WITH REPIPE1 you will be highly disappointed and dismissed as a liar by them the second you bring up any issues you may have and YES they will use the word LIAR.

My grandparents requested to replace their current pipes with copper on August 4th--the salesmxn Josh stated that it would take one day to complete the job. They came to cut the hose on August 12th and gave us a one day notice (terrible communication). They said they would come out to finish up on the August 22nd and my paw paw waited all day, and then called. They apologized after the fact, and said they would come out September 5th.

When they did the job on September 5th, they did not put insulation back in the walls. They busted the texture coat out and put stucco in--making our house hotter and keeping in the heat during the summer. The stucco is cracking now, and they have to come back and re-do it now.

Lastly they sent over all Spanish speaking workers to an English speaking house. There was a language barrier, and it was difficult to communicate about what needed to be done.

Repipe does not keep their word. It took them over a month to reprogram my softener. Till this day, my softener is not regenerating correctly, and they have to come back out on Tuesday. They have employees that are not adequately trained, therefore setting my schedule back. Another example, the stucco that they put on the hose is cracking, and they did not put the texture coat on. Lastly they came out two weeks after the original date that we had agreed upon.

If every company operated like Repipe1 the world would be a better place. I cannot recommend them enough.

I noticed my dining room floor was burning hot and my plumber confirmed a slab leak. Luckily no water had surfaced yet. Repipe1 came out the next day and gave me a price. They began working in my home the following day so thankfully everything happened quickly. The workers wore masks (Covid-19) and were neat, polite, and well organized. They repiped my entire home after a full day. They cleaned the floors and left my home very nice. I had to wait a day for my city to come by and approve the work. They were also very impressed with the work! Then another crew came out and spent a full day patching up all 100 of my cut outs in my walls and ceiling. I do not even need to repaint my ceilings! They are perfect! The walls that were painted a color need a repaint but the texture is perfect, I couldn't be happier.

I hate having work done in my home. I am uncomfortable with a house full of people and am always waiting for something major to go wrong. I never had any of these feelings with Repipe1 here. It was the easiest job we have ever done on our home. Who would've thought that! Repiping is a big deal! Also, the price was fantastic. My plumber couldn't believe it when I told him.

Have no worries about using this company. You will be thrilled!

My boyfriend and I noticed a leak at our home 2 weeks ago. We had our neighbor refer Repipe 1 Restoration to get a diagnosis and estimate. They were quick to schedule an appointment. I had requested to have their team coming out to wear masks and gloves and shoe covers for everyone's safety. Upon their arrival they were fully equipped and ready to go. They were quick to find the source of leak as well as provided an estimate on site. Their price was reasonable and their staff was productive and attentive to my requests. Lilly, the young lady in charge of the appointments at my home was friendly, worked directly with my Insurance to ensure the work was approved and covered, and she answered or would find a answer for us within minutes. I truly appreciate the team and their attentiveness during this sensitive time in our communities.
