The plasterers came on time and completed their work within a day and they patched and textured other small holes we had. Again, we were pleasantly surprised by how little mess there was, and both the textured plasterboard and stucco look great!

I met Miguel through a friend who had her whole Beverly Hills apartment building re-piped.
I'm a realtor so I often rely contacts like Miguel. I called him and he answered his phone. No voicemail, but a live call. He came out the next day with his crew. He provided me a quote. I bid out a project for a property. He was not the least expensive and not the most either. His quote was the most detailed and informative as well as his visit. He explained everything and told me what he could do and pointed out aspects of the project where I'd be better off using someone else. He and his crew went to work immediately to replace a 15 foot pipe. It was not his biggest job I'm sure. But he worked quickly and everyone was happy.

Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job repiping all of our water supply pipes with Uponor pex (2.5 bathroom + kitchen/laundry), replacing our hose bibs & a shower head, as well as repairing the damaged drywall / stucco. Even our city inspector admired their plumbing work. I highly recommend them.

One month ago I had my biggest nightmare so far as a home owner - the ghostly sound of water moving through the pipes with no faucets open. Through experimentation I isolated the leak to a hot water pipe. The worst news came from a leak finder service -the leak was in the concrete slab. All options were bad - reroute one pipe through several rooms/outside, break open the floor and jackhammer the foundation, or reroute all of our pipes. Our house is only 30 years old and has all copper pipes but, given there had been a previous leak in our home as well as our neighbor's identical home, we decided to go with a whole home repiping.

I got 5 quotes for repiping and I chose Miguel because:
- High attention to detail, such as finding pipe routes / other small details that would minimize home damage and determining supplies and methods used (pipes, pipe sizing, connectors, hose bibs) that would set us up well for the long term. He backs this up with a lifetime workmanship guarantee.
- Easiest to communicate with.
- Could get it done sooner (~1 week after contract signing) than other crews.
- Has his own skilled crew of licensed plumbers, doesn't subcontract.

IMO, when you're doing major house surgery, you have to trust the person you're working with as you just can't be on top of 100% of what's happening. Miguel wasn't the cheapest quote, but there were good reasons for that and he worked with me on the price.

For the job itself, Miguel was there every day. It took 2 days (day 1 repiping, day 2 drywall) as well as a couple of small visits for permits. Both crews were able to accommodate my small requests as they came up day of around plumbing and patching. The pictures below show the care Miguel & team took with my home (see the ET-like covering of everything with plastic), the quality supplies they used, as well as the excellence of the finished job both in plumbing and drywall. The city inspector was pleased with the work and signed off immediately.

All of my water fixtures are now working perfectly and the drywall is an exact match for the texture of the existing walls. Now just to get some paint and finish up! I am so happy this nightmare has come to an end.

These guys are amazing. I noticed a leak in our pipes for our Backhouse and called to have them check it out. They showed up same day and were able to stop the leak right away. Miguel was able to get me a quote on our repipe project and a date he can start the job. He also let me know they were able to complete our (one bedroom, one bath) Backhouse repipe job in one day! The job went smooth with no hiccups at all. Miguel and his team are not only fast and efficient, they went out of their way to accommodate our tenant when they didn't have to. I have had problems with the drains in my rental for years. Plumber after plumber put a band-aid on the problem, until I hired Repipe Top Team. Other plumbers suggested getting the house re-piped, but quoted me outrageous prices. So I kicked the van down the road. Miguel came and looked at the problem, gave me a great price, handled it in a day, and had guys patch up the walls the next day. Problem solved. Great guys, doing great work. Their drywall guy even hooked me up and patched another wall. It looks great. I will hide them again if I get anymore rentals with plumbing problems.
