One of the best decision I made was choosing Repipe top team for a full house Repipe, main water line change, whole house water filtration system, as well as other other plumbing request. They went above and beyond to keep the timing of the project on time, price was reasonable, and they are very transparent with all the material used (all high quality). I was amazed by the workmanship, cleanliness, and honesty provided by the team. When you open up walls, there are always surprises that need to be corrected. Miguel and his team identified a few and corrected the problem without any concerns. His quote was ""do it correctly the first time, fix it as if it were his own home."" That was comforting to hear. I was scared that there were so many holes but after everything was piped, insulated, and triple checked by the team for all pipe straps, the patch team came the next day and covered everything up. The skill set was phenomenal with the correct texture. I couldn't believe that it looked like nothing had happened. I give many thanks to the entire team for going above and beyond to make the upgrade go so smooth. So glad to work with Miguel. Highly recommend anyone looking to repipe to give them a call. You won't regret it because they are in the business to help without excessively charging clients.

I don't think that I can say enough good things about Miguel and his team at Repipe Top Team. Miguel is very professional. He did everything that he said he would do.

We had some leaks in our existing copper piping. I called out Miguel to take a look and give me a quote. He crawled under the house and identified several problems with our pipes. He gave me a quote and we settled on a day to do the work.

On the day scheduled for the work, his crew showed up early and ready to work. The first thing they did was put cloth runners on the floor throughout the house. Then they covered those runners in plastic sheeting. After that they started hanging plastic from the ceiling all through the house to protect our walls and furniture.

Then the started removing our old copper pipe. I could see the problems that Miguel identified earlier when he crawled under the house. The also cut access holes in the drywall where necessary to replace the pipes.

Then they started putting in the new copper pipe. These guys know what they are doing. The solder joints not only don't leak, they look almost perfect. They also take the extra step to clean off the flux from each solder joint with Simple Green. Miguel told me that this prevents corrosion problems in the future.

When they were done putting in the new pipe, they patched all the holes in the walls. This too was a professional job. The walls looked like before that came less the paint.

When they were done with all their work they cleaned up and took down all the plastic. It was like they were never here. The house wasn't dusty or anything!! They cleaned up outsized as well. Everything was done in one day!!

It has been a couple of weeks since Miguel and his team were here. There are no problems with anything they did. If you need to have your house repiped, I can wholeheartedly recommend Repipe Top Team with zero reservations.

These guys don't screw around. As a perfectionistic engineer I am always scrutinizing every detail and I am forever cursed with noticing the little things that go wrong, no matter how small they may be. Miguel and his team absolutely crushed it: they repiped our 3 bed 2 bath house in 5 hours and the extreme quality of workmanship impressed me to a degree that few professionals I've worked with have achieved.

Repiping is not the prettiest job you'll undertake as a homeowner. There is no way to magically route pipes throughout your house without opening some walls to gain access and making a mess while doing it. However Miguel and his team did an incredible job of protecting our belongings from getting dirty and minimized the drywall cuts needed to gain access to the requisite fixtures. The drywallers they work with are excellent and left our walls in the same condition as before. Yes, you will have to repaint the affected areas but I challenge you to find another business in SoCal that can replumb your entire house and repair your walls in such outstanding condition. Most of the companies that do repipes don't even repair the drywall they remove or they hire the cheapest labor to patch up the job.

Long story short the job was completed in record time with a high degree of workmanship and minimal mess. Any minor concerns I had were immediately addressed and Miguel was very communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend given the honesty, workmanship, communication, and surprisingly reasonable price compared to other companies who I quoted with.

Migual and his team did repiping for our home and installed a new tankless water heater. Their price is competitive and their work is high quality. Miguel was responsive to all our questions and concerns. He and his team showed up on-time and completed the repiping within a day. We were pleasantly surprised by how little mess there was even with all the holes they created.

Since Miguel had researched the code and used quality components the work passed city inspection easily.

The plasterers came on time and completed their work within a day and they patched and textured other small holes we had. Again, we were pleasantly surprised by how little mess there was, and both the textured plasterboard and stucco look great!

I met Miguel through a friend who had her whole Beverly Hills apartment building re-piped.
I'm a realtor so I often rely contacts like Miguel. I called him and he answered his phone. No voicemail, but a live call. He came out the next day with his crew. He provided me a quote. I bid out a project for a property. He was not the least expensive and not the most either. His quote was the most detailed and informative as well as his visit. He explained everything and told me what he could do and pointed out aspects of the project where I'd be better off using someone else. He and his crew went to work immediately to replace a 15 foot pipe. It was not his biggest job I'm sure. But he worked quickly and everyone was happy.

Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job repiping all of our water supply pipes with Uponor pex (2.5 bathroom + kitchen/laundry), replacing our hose bibs & a shower head, as well as repairing the damaged drywall / stucco. Even our city inspector admired their plumbing work. I highly recommend them.

One month ago I had my biggest nightmare so far as a home owner - the ghostly sound of water moving through the pipes with no faucets open. Through experimentation I isolated the leak to a hot water pipe. The worst news came from a leak finder service -the leak was in the concrete slab. All options were bad - reroute one pipe through several rooms/outside, break open the floor and jackhammer the foundation, or reroute all of our pipes. Our house is only 30 years old and has all copper pipes but, given there had been a previous leak in our home as well as our neighbor's identical home, we decided to go with a whole home repiping.

I got 5 quotes for repiping and I chose Miguel because:
- High attention to detail, such as finding pipe routes / other small details that would minimize home damage and determining supplies and methods used (pipes, pipe sizing, connectors, hose bibs) that would set us up well for the long term. He backs this up with a lifetime workmanship guarantee.
- Easiest to communicate with.
- Could get it done sooner (~1 week after contract signing) than other crews.
- Has his own skilled crew of licensed plumbers, doesn't subcontract.

IMO, when you're doing major house surgery, you have to trust the person you're working with as you just can't be on top of 100% of what's happening. Miguel wasn't the cheapest quote, but there were good reasons for that and he worked with me on the price.

For the job itself, Miguel was there every day. It took 2 days (day 1 repiping, day 2 drywall) as well as a couple of small visits for permits. Both crews were able to accommodate my small requests as they came up day of around plumbing and patching. The pictures below show the care Miguel & team took with my home (see the ET-like covering of everything with plastic), the quality supplies they used, as well as the excellence of the finished job both in plumbing and drywall. The city inspector was pleased with the work and signed off immediately.

All of my water fixtures are now working perfectly and the drywall is an exact match for the texture of the existing walls. Now just to get some paint and finish up! I am so happy this nightmare has come to an end.

First of all, talk about a professional company. They repiped my entire house. They did an outstanding job.
