Beware, dealing with their company as we are dealing with them in my home right now.
They didn't use the "special" pipe clamps for securing the pipes in the attic to prevent sound...(proudly showed me pictures in the info packet brochure)
Didn't use the "stainless steel pipe" coming out of the wall under the sinks and commodes for water supply as I was assured...I didn't want plastic pipe sticking out of the walls.

Also, now this morning I hear they didn't contact the anyone for the city inspection for the day after job completion like we repeatedly all spoke of.( This morning I was waiting at home for the inspector to arrive, fast talking Jessica calls up and says she looked on our towns website and they need to be scheduled ahead of time by as much as two weeks! There are holes(34) in the sheetrock all over the house, and drawers in kitchen and under every sink are all left out to be inspected by the inspector that was never tried to schedule until this morning!
Do we wait two weeks?
Left message for the salesman Chris Archer to call me back last Saturday, nothing yet, only Jessica asking me if I want to forego the city inspection and schedule the sheetrock repair crew.
What about the stainless pipe bibs?
We can't wait two weeks with holes in the walls, pets in the house, and drawers out on the tables, and kids in the house.

.. after all the talk about the schedule and getting the inspector out here, they are just looking at the city website today for info on the matter...

Remember, maybe they will make it all right, but they have wasted my day today...and I don't want to wait two weeeks, the city inspector was their idea and it all should have been scheduled!!! Not happy!!!

Someone came out and gave a quote within days of request. Three plumbers came two days later (finished in one day), City inspector came the next day and sheetrock repair person came the following day. All very quick. We were responsible to paint but knew that up front. If they would have re-caulked our bathtub faucets that came unsealed during repipe and not left scraps PEX all over the attic...that would have been great but those are minor concerns. Didn't notice until they left but I'm sure if I'd brought it to their attention they would've taken care of it. Overall great and fast.

Don't expect these guys to do anything that the sales guy tells you. Once the contracted plumber leaves your house don't expect that you will ever get any service after the fact without payment. Watch out for the plumber who takes every possible piece of copper tubing that he can and expect to work on the plumbing if you don't catch it before they leave and want it done correctly.
