After finding out our house had recalled pipes and multiple leaks, we decided to call the "Repipe Specialist". When we did the initial consultation, they represented themselves very professionally. I would imagine they have to be professional due to the heavy price tag that they offer. Well, they hire third party local plumbers to do the job. Although, I do feel they did a pretty decent job, they did not treat our home with respect. They left piles of dust, drywall, and pipe everywhere. There was so many crumbs in our sinks and shower. They also used my decorative towels from my kitchen to clean up water and put my bathroom trash can inside my kitchen sink??? Why??Not to mention that I threw away several water bottles and worst of all they used my restroom to do number 2 and threw the toilet paper in my trashcan. I was horrified. The drywall guys were extremely nice but they also blew up my guest toilet and left me a disgusting mess to clean up. The plumbers also stated that we did not require a city permit, and I am really unsure if that is true. They also did not connect our washer properly and it leaked when we turned it on. I would have preferred they leave it disconnected then so we could do it properly ourselves.
At the end I am happy we have our house repiped but I think we should have gone with a local company that doesn't hire third parties. This could be the reason why they were not as professional as they should have been. It's not their own name that they represent. With what we paid, I expected for them to at least clean up after themselves and not use my restroom. Please use a gas station, I did not sign up to sharing my restroom with strangers. Also it's been three days since the completion of the repipe and no one has called to follow up or ask about our experience. Don be fooled by their marketing photos, you don't get the blue collar shirt guys. I will have to spend my weekend cleaning up/dusting my house.

Stay away from this company. First, I was given a quote from Jeff Potter which was reasonable. During the document signing he wrote down that my yard was 50ft and needed a 50ft trench. However, my yard is double the size (100ft). He verbally said "I will state it is 50ft but I will let the plumbers know it is 100ft." In addition to this, I asked them to install a water heater and a new faucet on the shower. Jeff told me all this can be done and to buy specific parts needed for the water heater and faucet.
Plumbers show up for the install and start telling me that paperwork is all wrong. It says 50ft yard so they planned to manually dig and 100ft is too long and they will need to bring equipment to dig the trench. They also state that all the parts for the water heater and faucet are not the right parts (even though Jeff wrote down what I should buy). The plumbers tell me the water heater is not up to code and Jeff should have known all of this "But he's not a plumber and does this ALL the time." And all of this will cost an additional $2500 and I will have to pay him directly not Re-Pipe because they are independent from Re-pipe. This shounds very sus so I call Jeff and tell him whats going on - he tells me on the phone, "That's my mistake and you won't have to pay for it" and you should not pay the plumber - we will talk to finance to "take care of it". Well, that is the last time I ever talk to Jeff - he literally ghosts me after this one call.

Well, guess what Jeff lied and Re-Pipe finance ended up charging me the extra $2500. I called Jeff several times and he never answered any of my calls. I called the corporate office several times and left messages for Jeff, his manager or whatever person would talk to me. The person answering the phone starts to recognize my voice because I call soo much. But, I have a feeling that he probably never even passed the messages along to anyone since not ONE person has ever called me after 10 messages. On top of this re-pipe installed a bad water heater that had to be replaced 3 days after installation. The plumbers who came out to replace the bad water heater stated that Re-Pipe's install was very bad. They left lose fitting pipes which they tightened and trash everywhere. Customer service is non-existent at this place and Jeff Potter is snake oil salesman.

salesman assured us the cold lines in the attic attic would stay cold on the summer. they got scolding hot. contacted operations who declined to help. wrote to company president who failed to respond. Fraud?

Don't use them!!! They didn't finish the job, we had to keep calling them to come finish. They left trash, and didn't clean up after themselves. They couldn't find the water source for our kitchen island, our repairman found it in minutes.

Summer of 2019 I had my 1970s era home replumbed with repipe specialists - It couldn't have gone smoother. They coordinated with my local plumber who is replacing the pipe from the house to the road with no problems. Was all done in a day pretty much, and they sent a very good drywall guy in all the way from Houston who did a great job re-patching. The real proof in the pudding is that I had no issues during this last horrible winter storm!

Repipe Specialists repiped a house for me and did an excellent job ,From the estimator to the crew ( Alfredo )everything went smoothly . House was left very neat before the crew left and walls were patched as soon as the inspection was passed ,Would highly recommend this crew if your house is in need of a repipe .
