Our home was long overdue for a pipe upgrade. We could see that all the existing piping in the home was starting to corrode to the point that the pipes in the showers were only partially operative. Not sure who to call or where to turn, I remembered the commercial I would hear every morning on the radio on my way to work. One day, I made sure to take the number down. Called, made the appointment and Mike came by. First good thing, he was on time and professional. After walking through the home and discussing the issues, we came to an agreement and signed. We didn't do this immediately as other projects kept getting in the way. After 6 months, we finally had them do the work. The pipe crew showed up and their Lead Coop was young, yet knowledgeable. He explained everything and to work they went. He kept me updated throughout the day and when issues arose, he called to discuss before moving on. They completed ahead of schedule and then we waited on the drywall crew to patch things back. They also showed up on time, did the work they needed and cleaned up afterwards. We overlooked a couple of cuts, so they immediately rescheduled them to return to complete.
Getting to know this company and being comfortable with them, we on the spot requested additional work from them and they took care of everything. Mike followed up to make sure things went great and when we had concerns, he addressed it with the plumbing team.
We get a better flow of water now, not worried that our main valve is going to blow and we can actually have more than one shower going at a time without losing pressure.
Great selling point for our home if we ever decide to put it on the market.

Jared/Cooper and their team were great to work with in my repiping my house. Repiping a whole house is a major project. They were conscience and made it a priority to reduce any impact to my family during the project. In addition they were attentive to my needs and requests i made of them throughout the process. I highly recommend their services if you issues with your existing plumbing/pipes.

Re-pipe Specialist did a great job with our pipes. They were very professional from the start to finish. Even with COVID, they were able to come a little early and replace our pipes. I never knew that water pressure could be life changing. The financing options were great and they were able to match a lower bid that we had. The best part is the life time warranty.

We recently had the water pipes replaced in our house that was built in 1953. Repipe Specialists did an outstanding job. The subcontractor they used, Keemer Plumbing, I would use again in a heartbeat. I am very pleased with the job they did.

Thank you to your entire team for being professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the whole experience and repiping of our home.

Paid top dollar for bottom quality from sub contractors. The only good thing was they were quick as we needed to get the house repiped before we could move on with the rest of the remodel. Paid 6 grand for an easy job with open access as the house was gutted. All that for a couple botched toilet stub outs and a mess of pex running out of the utility room with no apparent fore thought to organization and lots of cutting corners. Pushy salesman that required a $2k down at the estimate. Would have been better off finding a plumber to repipe as our tile contractor had to fix all the plumbing in the showers anyway. Very disappointed in the work

Re-pipe specialist did an outstanding job in our home and our water pressure is fantastic. The work was done one day sooner than expected and they kept the job site clean. The workers were all professional and extremely helpful.

I was referred to Repipe Specialists by a friend who used their services in the past. I contacted them today to see if they could send someone out to my home by the end of the week. I was told it would be March 6th before they had anyone available, which is bad business in my opinion. Not only did they lose a sale, but I will not refer anyone in the future. People do not call a repiping company because they need something done in two weeks; it's usually needs attention asap.

With our house being built in 1959 I was concerned about the 3/4"" mainline from the meter to the house and the 1/2"" piping in the crawl space under the house. I had heard the Repipe commercials on the radio for some time. After a while I made a request on their web site. It did not take long for them to contact me. An appointment was made. Todd came and went over the scope of what we wanted. New Pex mainline from the meter to the house without trenching, galvanized pipes replaced in the crawl space with New Pex Pipe and not to replace the copper pipe feeding into the added back addition of the house just connect to it.
Todd told us that we need to bring up our house to current building code by installing a pressure regulator on the main line entering into the crawl space, expansion tank on the water heater with earthquake straps on the water heater. He also recommended that the mainline be 1"" and the lateral lines feeding to all sinks, shower, toilet, and washing machine be 3/4. Because all the piping was in a 4' crawl space under the house there was no need to cut into any sheet rock and because we had some extensive remodeling a few years earlier and pex pipe was used to extend into the crawl space and connect to the galvanized pipe. Therefore all Repipe needed to do was to connect to the existing pex pipe.
Todd gave us a bid of a little over $7,100.00 that was after discounts for senior citizen, requesting bid over the internet and being a retired fireman.
He wanted us to schedule the work to be done within a few weeks. This was in March. I told Todd my wife and I wanted to talk about it before we committed. My wife and I agreed the bid seemed high. But I was impressed with pex pipe product and the fittings. I called Todd and agreed to have them do the work but we wanted to wait until the middle of September and was willing to put a $1,000.00 deposit. That gave us time to save for the rest.
September arrived we were contact by Repipe Subcontractor Tyler. A start date was scheduled for the 12th of September but did not get started until the 13th because of unforeseen illness of his crew. On the 13th the project was started.
Tyler was great to work with. We went over the original bid he felt the 1"" main line was to much for the size of our house and suggested 3/4"" mainline and 1/2 lateral lines and he would adjust the bid to reflect in the change of the size for the pipe, fittings and pressure regulator. The difference saved use about $80.00. They were able to complete all the connections in the crawl space on the 13th and 14th but were not able to get the main line from the meter to the house until the 18th.
On the 18th Tyler and crew arrived to install the mainline without trenching. A hole by the water meter was dug and another hole by the foundation was dug. A pneumatic device was placed in the hole by the water meter and worked its way to the hole by the foundation.
Tyler and crew always kept me informed what they were doing and if I had any questions he responded with respect for the question. He and his crew always respected our property inside and out.
When they were done Tyler went through and made sure all taps, showers, tubs and all other water sources were flowing water efficiently also that they cleaned up after themselves.
Overall I was pleased with what Repipe did. But I did conclude the price was somewhat excessive, took longer then expected and after a few days both my wife and I commended we felt the water pressure was lower then it was before. I put on a pressure gauge on an outside tap. The pressure was about 52 psi. I adjusted the pressure regulator up to about 70 psi and solved the pressure problem.
Would I recommend Repipe. Yes for the work that was done. No for the price and up selling.

We had a whole house of galvanized steel pipe. The water ran BROWN, so we had to do something.
We called around, got a couple quotes, and Repipe was comparable to regular plumbers... but Repipe, via Evergreen Plumbing & Restoration, uses Uponor Pex, which is Grade A stuff, and they give a Lifetime Warranty. Can't turn that down. They also gave a few extras, bringing our 1976 home up to modern code.
They walked us through the whole process, made sure we understood and had all our questions answered.
Very professional. Fast. Courteous.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. And the water now runs clear.
