I contracted with Repipe Specialists to update my home water lines only to find out they subcontract out the work with API Action Plumbing. Work was completed 5 weeks ago and several items were found faulty by inspector and were repaired, but still waiting for API to schedule the final inspection with the city. The office is unresponsive and I can never talk to a person, only able to leave a message of which no one replies. I have 35 holes in my walls for 5 weeks now and final inspection hasn't been scheduled or completed...can't wait for the drywall phase of this SS! Horrible customer service!

The crew led by Kyle with Derek,Brad and one other gentleman were awesome. They did a great job. From the salesman to the patching it was a job well done. Derek even came back to fix a problem I had a week later. Brad did such an awesome job on the patching drywall. I have to admit I was concerned about that. I admit it's a little pricey but seeing the job they did it was all worth it. This was done as a preventative work. Our house is 34 years old. Thank you guys

This review is for a whole house repipe. Plumbing crew worked well together each knowing what to do with little wasted effort. Kept us informed and explained what they were doing and accepted suggestions for fitting locations that improved usage and storage access. They were truly skilled tradesmen. The drywall repairman was more of an artist in that when the repairs were completed, couldn't tell where the holes had been, including popcorn ceiling!

It's hard to fully describe how incredibly frustrated I am with the service provided by Repipe Specialists. The communication across vendors and to my husband and I was awful, nothing was timely, and the work itself was poorly done from beginning to end. The estimator that was supposed to come to my home for a walk through and quote did not show up because of an alleged flat tire. The entire quote was done over the phone as a result and what was discussed was rushed and not accurately recorded on the contract. This caused major communication issues between the office and the subcontracted plumbers. I was told the job would take about one day so my husband took off of work the day the work was supposed to be done. The plumbers were expected to show up between 7 AM and 9 AM and didn't show up until 3:30 PM. The work itself took over 3 days to do the majority of the work and they had to come back two separate times to """"finish"""" the job 4 weeks later. We still have exposed pipes coming out of the baseboards. They absolutely butchered our walls and the wood beams behind the drywall, drew all over the walls that weren't cut into, left a huge mess all over our floors and cabinets, removed loads of insulation from our walls, left all of their trash in our garage and scratched our brand new fridge. I was told that the patch work would be smooth to the touch and that the work would be performed by a crew that would around by 9 AM. At 10 AM one person came to do the patchwork and had to leave midway because she did not bring enough materials. When she returns at 4:30 PM she is digging through our laundry room for our broom, garbage bags and dustpan to """"tidy up"""" and uses our brand new washer and dryer as a station to mix her materials and used our ladder... didn't ask to use any of it. She rushed through the work and stayed until 9 pm and did a terrible job. She said that she was only hired to put mud on the patches not to smooth them out or fill any of the screw holes that the plumbers left behind. She left our home in disarray so we asked for someone to come back and clean up the mess and somehow she managed to make a bigger mess and ask my mother in law for cash because her daughter needed supplies for something she couldn't afford. We called her manager and he says she wasn't her best employee but he could send other people out to fix the work but we'd have to pay extra. It's literally one thing after another. My husband has been trying to get a hold of someone, anyone... at recipe specialists to make this right and now we aren't getting returned calls or texts. My walls look awful and I'm out thousands of dollars for a poorly done job that should have been completed over a month ago.

I got a quote from these people. First they are a sales and marketing company, they subcontract the work. Second after their 30% """"discount"""" the price was 15% higher than what the plumber wanted to do the job. So the claim of being half what a plumber charges was just some false advertising. I am not saying they do anything wrong or don't potentially do a good job, but it didn't work out for me.

We got a couple different quotes to have the polybutylene pipes replaced in our house, and decided to use Repipe Specialists. So glad we did! The sales manager came to our house, explained the process, answered our questions, and even gave us a discount for mentioning an online ad. Their prices beat competitors by $2,000 - a substantial savings! They offer 0% financing options as well. The sales manager made himself available to answer our questions at all hours -- even weekends and evenings. We were told that the job would take two days but they actually completed it in one. Then the drywall patching was completed the next day. Our house was left clean and in order. If not for the new pipes/fixtures, you wouldn't even know that we had work done. Super nice people to work with! We are very happy that we chose them!

We had our whole house re-piped due to faulty butylene pipes in our home, built in 1996. Re-pipe Specialists were professional, on-time, and extremely helpful as we lived through this big project. The entire process took several days, they always kept us informed at varying stages. We would definitely use them again. They truly were experts in placement and did the least amount 'deconstruction"""" to my walls and tiles.

Repipe Specialists replaced the cpvc with newer piping. They did have to put holes in the walls but they did repair those and I painted. They put the piping in the attic and managed to get it to both sides of my house. (I have a high ceiling in the middle that goes to the roof.) They were responsive to my questions. They worked in a day so I was only without water for half a day. Sometimes it takes 2 days for installation. Anyway, once installed it took about a week or so for the county inspector to come out and approve it. Then the wall patchers came out later that week and patched it all up. I have already recommended them to a friend
