Recommended Customer Reviews

Both the plumbing and wallboard crews that Repipe Specialists sent to work in our home were courteous, efficient, and very hard-working. The results have been entirely satisfying.

We had 3 slab leaks within a month and despite having membership with one particular plumbing company, the husband shopped around for additional quotes to repipe the entire house. Repipe Specialists' rate trumped 2 other quotes with the addition of fixing the dry wall afterwards. FAB!!! Their rep, Blake, was brilliant with communications through the whole process.
On the scheduled day, their subcontractor iPlumb Co. arrived on time bright and early just after 8 o'clock. Their crew got to work right away. A very professional bunch of people. You wouldn't have known any work was done within the house save for the small holes in the wall as they fully picked up after themselves and departed around half past 3 in the afternoon! Then the dry wall crew came out to wrap up the job a week later.
We had a wonderful experience working with Repipe Specialists and will recommend friends and neighbours should they need plumbing done.

I had a repipe on my 1930 home in Dec of 2022 and I am so glad I did. They were extremely professional. They were fast and efficient. I had water by the end of the day and it was great. With the warranties and service that you receive with Repipe I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I'm satisfied with the service provided by repipe specialist. We experienced two slab leaks before calling repipe. The subcontractor iplumb is a local plumbing company. I was satisfied with the crew they seemed experienced. The demo was minimal I was very impressed with the repipe process. The patch team was also impressive they got the walls patched up. We are also happy that finance was available. We look forward to no more slab leaks. I would also like to add that repipe specialist got our tub re-installed after a previous plumber not associated with repipe left us hanging after a botched repair.

We had our second pipe burst under the slab during Christmas Break. The first pipe burst happened 2 years ago and we were able to get it sleeved which we were not happy with the decrease in pressure so this time we decided to call out a few companies to get quotes. Repipe Specialists were by far the most superior not only in price but just shear knowledge and speediness. They were very professional and very fast. Water pressure has never been better than now and it was worth every penny.

I originally left a 5 star review, tried to change it, unable to so decided to write another review. I thought we were happy with the Re-Pipe, I should have waited until our first winter to leave a review. Ever since they repiped our entire house with new hot water pipes, my kitchen sink freezes every time the weather dips below freezing. That NEVER EVER happened before. I called the first time it happened...the person I spoke with asked if I left the faucet dripping, I responded NO because I'd lived in the house 9 years, never ever had to. He told me to leave faucet dripping next time. So did. Still froze. Thought maybe I didn't leave it dripping enough. Next time I left it actually running--legitimate stream of water (not gushing full strength, of course, but significant flow of water) even though I hated to think of what it do to my water bill overnight. It STILL FROZE. So I called AGAIN. and AGAIN. and AGAIN. Wanting someone to come out and check that ONE PIPE. NOTE: they repiped every single hot water line in my house and yet this is the ONLY ONE that KEEPS FREEZING --and we have not left water dripping at all on any other faucet, and no problems. Clearly there is an issue with this pipe. When I finally got someone to call me back, the guy very non-chalantly said, ""Ma'am don't worry about it---we use the very best pipes so they will not burst and flood your house. When it warms up it will unfreeze and be fine"". So, I'm so supposed to be ok with not having hot water in the most important room in my house--the kitchen? Over and Over and over again? So, they're offer of a resolution was to send someone too look at it, but I had to give credit card info and be charged a service call because they only warranty their work for 60 days and 5 months had passed so I was beyone the warranty period. I felt the warranty period should be at least ONE YEAR like most places....I won't know if their work was quality or not until I've been through at least ONE winter season, right? They were so confident they did nothing wrong.....they would not even come out and check the pipe without me paying for it upfront. I've called to have this escalated and every time I'm told the same thing---I'm escalating this and a manager will be touch soon. This has been going on for a month and a half. I did FINALLY get an email from their generic website that asked me detail my issue and how I would like resolved and they asked me to give them, and I QUOTE, a COUPLE OF DAYS to review and get back to you. That was January 27th. Today is February 17th. I've tried emailing, calling. No response. They quick to take the money and repipe the house but their commitment to quality and customer service is definitely lacking. I'm so disappointed. And I honestly cannot believe I'm supposed to just accept that I will never have hot water in my kitchen if the temp dips for a couple days. Even if I do everything I'm supposed to do....and run the faucet.

Had I known what I know now.. I would have gone straight to a plumber and cut out Repipe Specialists. They did nothing but take money.. The initial sales meeting was sold on the fact that all the copper pipe would be removed from the system. When the plumbers arrived they told me that all the copper pipe coming into house before water well pressure tank would remain. Had i known this initially I would have negotiated a different price. The plumbing company (Iplumb) arrived in a broken down van that was leaking oil all over my driveway. They put down protective tarps to cut holes in the walls, but removed them once the holes were cut. Working for 2 days they trampled dirt all over my house. They cracked a pipe in my water closet and refused to fix it since it was not part of there job. The drywall guy did a ok job, but after i painted the texture doesn't match the original very well.. I contacted my sales rep and was given the run around. They had all my money no need to help me now. Overall not pleased with job and wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

This company was awesome! One of the best experiences I've had with a company in the home services. The sales rep was punctual and very attentive to my needs. Also very knowledgeable of my options and his products. The gentleman and the team that did the work again where the best of the best! They went right to work, addressed any concerns and made it happen. This company and its people have the utmost integrity. If they say it they do it!

Repipe Specialists of OKC just completed Repiping our home! Day one a crew (IPlumb) arrived shortly after 9am & by 6pm were totally complete - cleaned up to the max & gone. Day two - drywall repair person (John) arrived about 7:15am & was totally completed - cleaned up & reconnected all appliances & was gone by 4pm.
Hoping that our plumbing issues are behind us for years to come with a 25 year warranty. We are very happy customers!
Thank you Blake Warner & Repipe OKC

In the spring of 2020 Repipe Specialists repiped my home in Oklahoma City. Mechanically the job was satisfactorily completed but there were several
negative issues that included:
1. They arrived late and with no indication on their vehicles or clothing that they were with Repipe Specialists
2. The first day they did not put anything down to protect the floors or carpets.
3. One of the two man crew fell through the ceiling of the front bathroom
4. A poor job was done to mitigate/clean up the insulation and dirt from the attic. Final clean up after work was completed was also below average.
5. The first person scheduled to perform the ceiling repair never showed up and a second person had to be scheduled
6. They failed to check their work before turning the water back on. As work went on I made periodic inspections of the work areas. During one of these inspections I noted a union that had not been completed. A short time later I was informed the water was going to be turned back on. After notifying them of what I had seen they went back to the area and completed the needed work.
7. In my opinion the professionalism of the work completed was below average. They did the minimum amount of work to complete the installation of the pipe, leaving additional work to be done to properly repair the dry wall.
8. Insulation of the piping in the attic was below average. There was over 12 feet of piping found that was not properly insulated. Most of the areas were approximately 12 inches in length.
9. I felt that with all the issues that were encountered the customer service from the Oklahoma City offices was poor. I did get a response from the corporate offices in California
