Do not use this company to do any repiping.
They do not have a license in the state and contract out everything. It's been an absolute nightmare with unprofessionalism, shotty work and no follow through without reaching out several times. We have had the permit failed three times and they've had to come back out to fix things that didn't get done. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Be ware of the Chloramines scare tactics! Their rep came out and told me our five-year-old copper pipes (which I was excluding from the repipe project) were a ""ticking time bomb"" due to chloramines in the water which would eat them up in just a couple of years if we didn't replace them. Alarmed, I called the water district and reviewed their water quality report - they assured me there were no chloramines in our water. I reviewed reports from Bellevue, Seattle, Redmond, Tacoma, and none showed any chloramines present. I wrote to the office to let them know, but they never responded.

We had repipe specialist completely replace our water lines in our house. Our old galvanized pipes were pretty much full of rust with our water pressure was getting slower. I will say all work was explained in detail before any work performed. The work was done in one day. The crew was very polite and very respectful to us and our home.our home is a two story approx4500sf with 2 full kitchens and 3 full bathrooms. My wife and I are very pleased from start to finish. Even though I had this work done by Repipe Specialists 6 months ago, I had meant to write a review early. My representative Autie Mcclanahan was very good and professional, courteous, respectful. The installation team was A one and the team leader Javier was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend any one needing new plumbing call them,they will be very happy with not only the work but the price.

I just had my rental house re-piped and Javier and his crew did a great job! Fully tested the new install and cleaned up everything. They replanted the grass that was dug out for the the pipe from the main into the house and cleaned up the yard. I would recommend this company!
