Our house is 100 years old this year and I figured I'd get the original water pipes replaced for its birthday. Repipe Specialists did not disappoint. The crew came in and repiped the entire house in 5 hours. If I hadn't seen them cleaning up or noticed the holes in the walls, you'd never know that they were here. Two wall plasterers arrived promptly the next day and were finished patching the walls in 4 hours. I guess the original pipes were full of corrosion, because now the hot water gets to the shower in record speed in the new insulated PEX pipes. We hired a painter the following week to paint the entire bedroom after the shared wall with the bathroom was patched. My only complaint is about the project is related to the bathroom and kitchen/laundry painting crew (i.e., me and my husband); those guys are way to lazy to paint in a timely fashion. I would totally rehire Repipe Specialists again if we ever live in another house that needs new pipes. These should last until well after we are dead and gone.

We had aging PVC pipelines that are brittle and prone to easy cracking/fractionating. I extensively shopped around and read reviews. Ultimately my neighbor handed me a contact to repipe specialty. The quote and level of details did not disappoint.

Clear and concise communication. Very responsive. Reliable.

The entire project was lightning fast and work was extremely clean. Workers were in sync and had the pipe installed and water back up in less than a day. Patching was done in half a day.

I'm very satisfied with the work, product, and price. More importantly you have folks that listens to their customers. Thank you repipe specialist team.

I was having small leaks every other month so I called four plumbing companies and only one company came but never sent me an estimate.  The four companies that I called all said they can replace all my water pipes, but they will not patch the holes in the wall. I hear the Repipe specialists commercials on the radio so I gave them a call and sent an estimator the next day.  The price was reasonable and they replaced all the pipes in my three bathrooms, kitchen, and all the outside hose bibs in one day. Two days later the patch crew came out and patched all the holes in one day. The only thing I did not like was they cut away all my old copper pipes and left them under the house.

I've had problems with my plumbing for years and had some pipes changed here and there. However, my water pressure continued to drop...it took more than an hour just to wash clothes in my washing machine because water came in so slowly. Water pressure was 30%. Some years ago I lost an entire bedroom because of leaks in pipes overhead. I didn't even know there WERE overhead pipes at that end of the house. Long story short, a pipe outside that led to my guest house was leaking profusely... mud was coming through the pipes there. That was the last straw. My neighbor, a master plumber, suggested Repipe Specialists. I called them, they came out and went over everything. I signed the contract. Two weeks later five plumbers showed up and repiped the entire property (which is large) IN ONE DAY. The guys were terrific, all work and no nonsense. By the end of the day I had all new pipes everywhere and new pipes going from the main in front of my house all the way back to the guest house. It was amazing. They all knew what they were doing and they did it amazingly well. The next day the patch crew showed up and closed up all the holes that were made to reach the pipes. I was so happy with Repipe Specialists. I would recommend them to everyone.

Repipe Specialists came out to my mothers house and gave a pretty convincing song and dance. They supposedly have ""trusted"" sub-contractors they have worked with for ""years""....Subs come out after contract finalized and a 3 week wait. Music blaring and inappropriate language used throughout multiple work days. Tried to upsell my mother on new ball valve, and denied breaking toilet seat which was perfectly fine ""before"" worked started. Drywall patching was sloppy and no where near decent quality. I wish I would have read all the horrible Yelp reviews before allowing these clowns in my mothers house. Too bad for them as my cousin and aunt are calling another repipe company. Stay clear of this place!!!

I used this company to re-pipe my house. The experience from beginning to end was not painful at all. The salesman who gave me the quote was knowledgeable and not pushy. The crew completed the job in 2 days as promised. Workmanship was excellent. The city inspector was very impressed. All water pipes were replace with pex. All holes were patched. There were a lot of holes, but now I can't even tell where they were. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time we used Repipe Specialist and very glad we did. Jim and Gary were on time and very detailed in providing the quote and discussing what to expect, which I already knew. The PM and crew that did the repipe and the patching were all very professional, detailed and clean. Highly recommend to anyone considering a repipe.

The so called technician who was going to look at the Angle stops showed up. Honestly I didn't even want to let him in my home, he was dirty from head to toe had no information in hand and presented himself in the most unprofessional way way. I knew right from the front door how this was going to go. He looked at 1 angle stop and was ready to go I had to force him to look at several others before he finally left. Well needless to say the office ""REFUSED"" to service or replace a single angle stop even though I have a ""LIFETIME WARRANTY "". The next time they here from me it will be through the process server to give them the court date!

The install went well and the crew was great. What I don't like is the completely inept way these people bill and accept payments. I couldn't give them a check or pay online, I had to repeat my credit card information to them over the phone. Highly insecure and not professional to not be able to pay online. After I repeated my card information to the lady three times with three error messages on her end, I looked at my bank balance and money was indeed leaving my account! I had to call my bank, reverse everything and now will be sending a check. The lady also asked me to just take a pic of the check and send it to her cell number! Wtf????? It's going in the mail and I will be keeping an eagle eye on all my transactions for any fraudulent activity going forward.

Really wanted to write a great review for these guys but the whole experience was subpar.

Initial work seemed to be of high quality. The first issue was that they left all the old exterior pipes sealed off with bright orange foam. I asked the installers several times if that was the permanent fix and they all said it was. I had to send pictures to the company and ask several times for them to come out and make it so the exterior of my home was not covered in orange foam dots. They eventually sent someone out to properly come out and finish the job.

Three months later I discovered an issue with a shower that hadn't been used. Turning on the shower took an unusual amount of force to the point it felt like something would snap. I called and let them know what was going on. They said it would cost $190 to come out and take a look since it was more than 30 days past the original completion date. I went back and forth several times with them and eventually they had an installer finishing a job nearby to take a look. He could not fix it and said there was nothing he could do.

Not wanting to get stuck with $190 bill only to find out they wouldn't cover it under warranty, I hired my own plumber to fix it. What had happened was when Repipe removed the shower handle and reinstalled it, they badly misthreaded it to the point where it angled into the handle. This caused pressure and friction preventing the handle from rotating. It was also backed in to a point where it could not be unscrewed and removed.

The solution was to cut the faceplate and remove the assembly behind it. It cost me $600 in parts and labor to fix it. I contacted Repipe once again and proposed that they meet me half way and pay for half of it. They never bothered even responding. Not the customer service I'd expect after spending $9k.

Bottom line is that their ""lifetime"" warranty comes with a lot of small print. You likely won't have any issues, but if you do be prepared to not be happy with the result.
